Johnson Professional Pool Care

Johnson's pool service was beyond excellent! I used this service to Fix my green pool. Here are a few things that made them a great choice:

1. When I messaged within the yelp app, I got a response within 15 min.

2. He was available for same day service (at least to start the job)

3. He was easy to communicate with and left me with no questions on what was happening with the service and my pool.

4. My pool is now blue . Hooray!

5. Lastly, he was very fair and honest with his pricing. When I decided not to go with his service as a monthly gig since it was a little out of my price range, he recommended another service that would suit my pricing and needs.

Overall I'd recommend this service!!

Surprised to see good reviews for Joel Johnson. My husband and I hired Joel to care for our pool. He seemed kinda clueless from the beginning, but we gave him a chance. He came by or didn't once a week, checked the pool chemicals and left. Didn't scrub the pool even after being asked twice. He didn't check the main filter at the pool system that was filled with debris. I text him and told him not to come by ONE week in December, because we were redoing our side yard and didn't want him tracking mud all over. My husband laid down a barrier after that week so he could come by, but he never showed. I contacted him only to find out he was on vacation and according to our cameras hadn't been here all month! First off, I'm not paying you to be on vacation. You run a business and expect me to pay you every month for pool service then you should be coming by every week to service our pool. If you're on vacation communicate that, or send someone to take care of the pool. So, he hadn't been here all month and now my pool is green. I called him out and he admitted to not being here all month. I quickly jumped on my bank account only to find he had cashed my check for the month. So you haven't been servicing my pool and you have no problem cashing my check? He apologized for the green pool and said he would fix it and service my pool for free for the next month, but at that point I was done! Say my pool hadn't been green and I wouldn't have picked up on the fact he hadn't been here? He would've just took my money without saying a thing! Sorry, but that's shady AF! The right thing to do would've been not cashing my check or giving me my money back! This guy is FAR from a "professional" pool service!

Johnsons pool care is the best he came and helped me with a project in my back yard and it cleared up the nasty stuff. He came right away and he was prompt. So plz give him a try when looking for a clean pool or hot tub

Outstanding service, support and cost. I recently moved to a house in Browns Valley with a pool/hot-tub and needed help with the equipment set up since the prior owners had another service provider who did not help at all. I called Johnson Professional service and spoke with Joel. Joel went above and beyond to help. He even drove out of their nonsevice area to assist me the very next day after I called. WOW!!! What amazing customer service. Joel was VERY thorough explaining the operation of my three pumps, the heater, the actuators and waterfall. I would highly recommend their service and support. Thank you again for all your Professional help Joel. You have earned a customer for life!!
