Jones & Copeland Smiles

It's that time again to get my teeth cleaned. Most people hate it. BUT I love getting my teeth cleaned by Kelly!!! I am always so welcomed from the front office to Dr. Copeland.
I used to hate going. Now it is visiting friends and catching up. They are so non judgmental and caring.

Hadn't been to the dentist in 4+ yrs, I avoided it at all cost. Finally made an appointment and so glad I did. No judgement, no shame, amazing staff from front desk to hygienist to doctors!

Kelly is a delight she is so knowlegeable and professional but also very personable i trust dr jones and his staff my teeth were neglected for years but ne saved most and did great work on the rest so i am not afraid to smile in family pictures anymore

I had a hygienist look at my X-rays and my scan, diagnose me and talk to me and then for a whole 1 minute a dentist came in and agreed with her. Sorry but I'm in the medical field and I know hygienist are not licensed to do this. Not to mention a 10k treatment plan which was absurd considering I'm in no pain and have no issues. I was treated very poorly and felt disrespected by having a hygienist write up a 10k treatment plan and barely any time with a actual doctor. That was my time you took up and my insurance used for scans and X-rays.

That feeling some people have about going to the dentist, anxiety, you won't even experience that here. This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life.

Believe me when I tell you had a real tangible phobia of dentists. As a result, I let some issue go too long and required a good deal of work. This group of dentists and their team really go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. They are understanding and nonjudgmental . I have had work done by all there DMDs in this office and had a great experience w/ them all. The supporting team and staff are all experienced and work so well the DMDs to give too quality care in a gentle caring manner. Their billing team works with your insurance company and much of their billing is in line with what insurance allows.

Great professional team I highly recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE the dentists and all the staff. They go above and beyond to make your experience as painless as possible and are always up to date on the newest treatments and procedures. 5 stars.

Do not go to this practice. They overcharge in the first place. I was left missing several front teeth from an accident in my youth. I saw them and paid for a partial when I was employed and had insurance. Since the pandemic I have no job, no insurance, and very little money. The partial broke and now have pretty much lost the ability to eat. They won't reorder the partial saying I have to be seen all over again because they destroyed the impressions. Not to mention they were the wrong shade to start with. Scam!!!! Shameful and they do not care about their patients!

Great practice. Super friendly. Very nice people. Drinks in waiting room. Very clean. Agree with total assessment and happy to deal with the people.

Only downside was
All Insurance is out of network and a little pricey.

But everything else was fantastic. I would recommend this practice for sure.

Had a toothache and their office got me in right away. Once I got there, the staff was very supportive and understanding. Do Jones was very clear in explaining problem and options. I was extremely pleased and will be coming back.
