Wow! I am super happy. Just look at the before and after. The price was so reasonable and the boat seats are perfect

BUYER BEWARE!  Juan, the owner, assured me my 5 piece sectional would be restored exactly like it was originally.  What I received was a poorly upholstered sofa.  Quality control was non existent.  Measurements were inaccurate, the loose back cushions didn't fit properly and it seems the frame was not restored the original way.  They did redo the back cushions but they still don't function correctly.  The filling is very cheap and not supportive.  The stitching on each of the back cushions they tried to fix is a different color from the original cushions they made. 

Juan was brusque when I pointed out my concerns and initially wouldn't admit there were problems.  He did not return my phone calls or texts or answer my emails.  I finally reached Eddie who tried his best to make things better, but ultimately the issues were not resolved.  I had two other upholsterers look at the sofa and tell me I should start over.  I paid a lot of money and it will cost the same or more to have it redone correctly. This experience was very distressing.

Proceed with caution. I would vote to find another upholstery shop at once.

We purchased expensive Mohair fabric for 4 Spanish chairs. Unfortunately the end result was extremly poor. Now we have to purchase more fabrics and start from scratch.

The corner of the chairs were cut and fold with stitch lines... Bottom of the cushion of one chair was not secured to the wood frame. Another chair did not line up to the edge of the frame. Please see pictures attached.

The upholsterer, Eddie, said I can unscrew the seats myself... and bring them back along with the original chair we have, so he can compare, and possibly shave off the cushion in order to re-use the existing fabric. First of all, the original chair seat is about the same height. The stitch lines they cut were 2 inches long. A good portion of the cushion must be shaved off... Where not all dinning chairs will be at the same height.

In addition, the owner, Joseph, said in a text "The reason that you have a cut in the corners is because we put a new sponge, also the fabric you brought is different from the previous one."

Is that an excuse to seek justification why we should accept the quality? Or is it their standard of craftsmanship? Go to any store, I have never seen chairs like ours were done with visible cutting lines in front!

We requested our money back, not include the fabric portion. No response.

We had new sofa and chair cushions made and Joseph and team did an incredible job! They were very patient and helped us find a fabric and style that we wanted. Once we placed the order it took about 3 weeks for the cushions to be ready. Reupholstering is never cheap but the price was really fair compared to other places we visited.

Excellent craftsmanship, professional, fair and honest! I am not sure if all who work with him are related, but you certainly get the feel they are family. I had new slip covers made about six months ago, I love them. I asked Joseph to a make a custom pillow from a "hooked" piece I made awhile ago, here it is! I LOVE IT! Thank you, Joseph

Joseph's Upholstery did a fantastic job on recovering my Sofa, Love-Seat and Lounge. They went from shabby to chic! All of the foam was replaced and the luscious deep-red microfiber looks stunning! The job took the exact time estimated, perfect for the holidays. I would recommend Joseph's to anyone who wants quality fabric and excellent craftsmanship.

My bed was just delivered. The upholstery is impeccable! Thank you, Juan. This is a complicated tufted bed with expensive cotton velvet. This bed needed someone who knows what they are doing, and Juan is that man. His team is incredible, not only professional and helpful, But excellent craftsman as well. They went the extra mile. This is a family-run business that you know will continue to flourish for generations. Their prices are competitive. I had priced my bed out at other upholsters. I am over the top happy! My upholsterer moved during Covid and I found Joseph's custom upholstery on yelp. The reviews were very good so I decided to take a chance. Juan came two days after I called and brought beautiful samples of outdoor performance fabrics for my outdoor Room and Board furniture that was over 10 years old. It was frayed and in desperate need of help. His pricing was fair, his delivery was fast (within 2 1/2 weeks) and the workmanship is excellent. I can't recommend them enough. I want to recover everything in my house!

I am thrilled with the way my sofa cushions turned out. My leather sofa is in great condition except for the cushions that showed a lot of wear. Joseph's was able to match the color and even matched the style and decorative stitching. I am very impressed by the work that they did and would highly recommend them.

Do not use this shop. They ruined my chairs. Then tried telling me they had to cut the fabric to make it fit? That's absolutely not true. They do not do good work at all. The absolute worst job I have ever seen. Look at the attached pictures, they cut the fabric on each chair, cushions uneven abs not attached to the frame. Not professional work, don't waste your time.
