I had the pleasure of working with the Joye Law Firm on February 6th. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!!!

John Aylor and his assistant Brittany off Joye Law Firm were wonderful in helping to negotiate a settlement with the insurance representative of the company employee who rear ended our car. They kept me informed of what was happening at all times and arranged the reimbursement to Medicare. I could not have done this without them.

Called Joye firm regarding mother-in-law nursing home injury on Friday, November 3, 2023 and gave them information about the injury and was told I would receive a call the following week. I didn't receive a call back from them until Monday November 13th and told them I had contacted Morgan and Morgan because no one at their firm had called me sooner, no recommendation for them whatsoever.

If you have a workmen comp accident. Don't go there. They don't help at all. They say they will help only when it beneficial to them than they will do something. Bad advice, not helpful at all, total waste of time, don't listen to you. What I got when I was taking to one of the lawyers that worked there. He didn't even call the insurance company that was handing my fall where I fell at. Didn't even try to get my backpay back at all. The lawyer didn't care that I fell and how my job treated me during the whole thing. Now am behind on my bills because of this fall and all the time wasted dealing with lawyers, my ex job, & insurance company. I would say go to another workmen comp layer instead of this one.They are all the same. That's the sad part.

The folks at Joye have always been awesome to answer any of my questions when I have them. They always explain things clearly to where I have a complete understanding of what they mean. The front desk staff are amazing and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the doors.

I want to highly recommend Mark Bringardner of Joye Law Firm. We worked with Mark following a car accident that my husband was in. Mark took charge of the situation, making sure that we were taken care of with respect and timeliness. I had been in a life challenging automobile accident. I had a horrible experience from not knowing how to choose an attorney; however, it was dramatically educating. JoYe fought for me when other firms were only interested in taking everything they could. Other firms were content to leave me crippled, with mounting hospital bills, a totaled vehicle, and vulnerable without being able to work. They did not even meet with me personally for the initial six months. However, they rushed a third party to gain my signature after my accident. They didn't check to see if I received proper care. Finally, a full month after surgery they invited me come to their office just to say they would not fight for me in court. The attorney actually told me he was only interested in the money he could get not my welfare. Today I noticed that particular firm now discloses in their advertisement they take their percentage fee prior to negotiated hospital charges. I retracted my contract immediately when I found out they had lied. The person who hit me did not have a fraction of coverage for my hospital bills. Jeff Gerardi was referred to me by one of my physicians who said just get JoYe! JoYe is the the best in caring for their patients. I questioned another physician and also said the same quote. I trust my physicians and now I trust JoYe. They sincerely were committed to my recovery and taken care in every respect. Jeff is professional and thorough in handling my case. This is the first law firm I have ever worked with and the service was excellent. Jeff and Shawn were highly professional and treated me with care and attentiveness.
