best nail salon around! I've been going here for over a year and get the best nails (I get an acrylic fill every 2 weeks). I love going with my mom and they let us sit together! They're so fast to help me when I walk in. gentle, not too rough and detailed with pedicures. super cute colors and designs. everyone's great, my favorites are Jen and Ellie! The whole team is very accommodating when I want a different shape or color. they fix anything I don't like and don't make me feel bad about it like other places I've been! I love how the place is so clean and overall a calm atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

Initially I was pleased with the service here. The last couple of days have changed my mind.

I needed a fill done. I play finger style guitar and only get my three picking fingers done. I walked in yesterday and was told it was too busy and to come back in half an hour. I couldn't make that work so I tried again today and walked in. Again, too busy, but this time one of the ladies scheduled an appointment for 4pm that same day.

I arrived promptly to find the lady with whom I had scheduled the appointment with was busy with another client. She told me that I would be after she was done with this client.

Twenty minutes later and she is still working on this client and I opted to leave. It seems clear that she must've started working on this client shortly before I came in banking on me being a no show, or just not caring. There is no way she could have thought she would be done by the time of my appointment. My time was not valued or respected and I don't see myself frequenting this salon again.

I had an emergency and broke some nails so I didn't have time to go to my normal girl. I wanted a fill and he said no you need a removal, they're old, so I let him do it. I got a full set with acrylic and gel done in 40 minutes. IT SHOULD NEVER BE THAT FAST.

I asked for squoval. Short nails, thin and square, minimally rounded edges. I am scared of confrontation, I am legit crying on the inside.

The white is what I got, the colored picture is the shape I came in with that I got done last month, he saw the exact shape I wanted when I came in that we're still on my nails...

Amazing new nail place! The location is super clean and has a lot of massage chairs for pedicures and manicure tables. The staff are very friendly and do an incredible job. Definitely will be going to this nail spot from now on!

Zero attention to detail. This is my second visit; first visit was a polish change only (Which included trimming my nails and cuticles) Very sloppy with my fill, was told by the male tech that a manicure doesn't come with a fill and I should say next time if I wanted my cuticles/skin around my nails trimmed/removed.
He already trimmed with the electric tool so that didn't make any sense. He left my nails underneath too long which doesn't allow for fell to attached correctly and didn't clean up the edges. He got mad at Me when I told him that I could still see through the polish to my nail, he didn't paint my entire mail and left the edges unpainted and that my thumb had a huge groove on the surface of it. He was rude about adding a third coat and fixing the groove. He just painted on top of the clear coat instead of doing it properly. My nails look so unprofessional and I had to go get them cleaned up at another salon. Horrible service for $42

I love the service here. I never feel like they want to get as much money out of me as they can. Always a good experience and my nails always look great after. My only complaint is not all of the employees wear gloves when doing pedicures

New to town and needed a little pampering. I know they were busy/ understaffed but I don't think the manicure / were as described on the service menu. I'm also pretty sure the gentleman only exfoliated one of my feet and did no massage.
The lady there seemed to be taking her time and doing proper pedicures.
I am licensed cosmetologist and our services were much different in my prior state.

They rush and are very rough. I walked out with a cut on my finger. They do the minimal when it comes to pedicures and they charge a lot for really only cutting and painting your toenails.
      Never again.

I've been to this location probably 5 times now for pedicures and twice I've also had a manicure. As far as pedicures go, they've always done a good job, though some times I feel like they rush through it even though I paid for the more expensive package that is supposed to take a certain amount of time. It's not a deal breaker for me, however, both times I've had a manicure they didn't do half the things that are supposed to come with it, but they'll still charge you the full price. The first time I figured it was just an oversight but I went back again for a pedicure, I decided to also get a manicure and polish because my cuticles were looking pretty bad. Well, again, the only thing they did with my $45 manicure was to polish and shape my nails. The manicure says it comes with nail shaping, cutting back cuticles, polish and massage with lotion. Once again, they did not cut any of my cuticles, or put any lotion on my hands or massage or anything other than the actual painting of the nails, and wanted to just send me on my way without doing my cuticles or moisturizing my hands in any way. I could have just polished my nails myself for free and would have, had I known they dont actually do a real manicure. I liked this location because the location is convenient for me, and everyone is friendly, but I'll be finding another place to take my business from now on because $45 for half a manicure is ridiculous.

I will start off by saying that I don't have the greatest feet in the world. They aren't gross, but I don't regularly get pedicures. But that is why someone would go to get a pedicure, right? To freshen up their feet.

There was at least 10 mean comments about my feet, spoken directly to me and to the other coworker that was working on my wife's feet. Their bedside manner was horrible. Like I said, I don't regularly get pedicures but even I knew that they were being blatantly rude.

They basically forced us into getting the Deluxe, which was $10 more per person. We weren't upset about this because they are supposed to provide a leg massage with a sugar-scrub and lotion and that was worth it to us. But there was no leg/foot massage. They threw the scrub onto us and quickly ran their hands up and down our legs like they greasing up a pole. No treatment, no massage, no effort.

Lastly, they were so brutal with our toes. It was the most painful experience. I had several of my toes that were bleeding when I got home. They cut and dug out certain parts of my nails, as well as my wife, that didn't need to be cut. I guarantee that one of us will have an ingrown toenail in the near future. We both got out of bed the next morning and it was hard to put pressure on our toes while walking.

On top of that, it was $100 for maybe a 25 minute treatment total.

Spare your feet and wallets and find another place.
