This business, relatively new to this location, is ran by a very helpful, competent, & pleasant General Manager, Aimee.
It's a shame that past employees don't want to rejoin the team because they'd rather receive the extended Unemployment benefits.

I made an appointment there and had to change it. Called them and the person in the phone said she would change the appointment for a later time that day. When I got there I was told that the appointment hadn't been changed and the best they could was fit me in an hour and a half later, at 6, which was when my family eats dinner. As I walked out the lady at the counter said,"I'm sorry, it's not my fault," rudely. Zero customer service.

Staff was friendly and booking online was simple. Their issues seem to stem from management level. I pulled into the parking lot at 3:01, one minute late. I then had to wait five minutes for the Starbucks line to move enough to get to one of the many open spots. I then got inside and found out a different person was cutting my hair than was assigned to me online. Didn't matter to me but seemed odd that they even assigned someone to me if it might change. I then found out they had to break the rules to cut my hair because I was late. They only are allowed 20 minutes to cut your hair and apparently their booking system only gives them 15. Seeing as I would've been only a minute late if not for their bad parking situation, they definitely should warn you ahead of time.

My cut ended up okay, but definitely would've been better if they had proper time to spend on me. (more than 20 minutes) My fade is barely a fade. They do their best but it's just not enough time. I also chose to drive 30 minutes hear because of their hair wash with a hot towel. I hoped it would be like at Jude's barbershop in other parts of the state. But the wash was rushed and included no scalp massage.

Lastly I was told they don't do zero fades because "a barber would need to do that" which was odd since Apple Maps lists them as a barbershop...


If you want a simple cut done quickly and don't mind showing up early to wait for a parking spot then they're a good choice. Otherwise you may want to look elsewhere.

The woman jacked my head off! I asked for it to be tapered. You can't even tell that it's taper. She took my neck line up about 2 inches from where it used to be. And she never handed me a mirror to look at the back of my head now I know why I and when I called to express my opinion, she got smart with me on the phone and said she couldn't put my hair back on I believe her name is Christina or Christina I asked for a refund or a free cut next time, but I will not go back avoid this place at all possibilities!

If you are gonna go here, I HIGHLY recommend avoiding the blonde lady with glasses, she looks a little older. I guess a medium SKIN FADE is considered a BALD FADE. I had a wedding goin on, and I got my hair absolutely chopped, I thought this place hired experienced people! I was so mad, I was about to leave with my hair absolutely terrible looking cause it was not reversible! I had some good experiences here, but Saturday unfortunately will be my last here. I guess listening is to hard for people nowadays, if I could've given a -1000000 tip, it would've gone to her.

I have received a haircut here. Enjoyed the cut and the Hott towel. Having a tv to watch sports is great. Extremely friendly staff and clean place. I highly recommend them. Check them out!

Love coming here for a good line up! Great prices too! Barbers are very friendly and great listeners. To me when I come here it's more then just a haircut. I get counseling from them too. It's just nice to come get a haircut and get some life advice too. Couldn't ask for a better location, haircut, and costumer service! Thanks JR's for being so great!!

Not my favorite. Used to go here and most of the workers were nice and did a good job. However last time I was here the woman butchered my haircut. After hitting a spot where I had a mole on my head I told her I had a mole there. She responded rudely claiming next time I should say something about it. Tried to have a conversation with her she was very dismissive with one word answers. She didn't smile at all. Eventually I just sat in awkward silence because I felt like she was annoyed by me more than anything. Most of the workers were good, but the last time I was there the rudeness and poor haircut has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
