Julie is absolutely amazing! We just purchased our third property with her. First was our main home when we were moving into the area from out of town. Julie really understood our needs and was so patient as we learned the area and changed our minds a lot. She did FaceTime walkthroughs with us and handled everything including helping with get a contractor started on a remodel since we weren't around. The second house was for my mother in law. Again Julie really understood her needs and found us the perfect place in an over 50 community with a perfect one story house with no steps so she can use her walker throughout the house. This third property was a vacation home and again she understood our needs better than we did. She showed us places we asked for but added a couple we didn't, which was the property we eventually purchased. All we ever have to do decide what we want and she handles everything! This last one she even kept up with the bank and made sure they had everything they needed to close on time. Julie is absolutely the best realtor anyone could ask for. If you are not using her you are missing out!

Market Knowledge - Julie is an expert in the Treasure Valley, if you give her an idea of where you will be working, what kind of lifestyle you want (rural vs urban vs very rural), your favorite shopping locations, etc she can give you an idea of what part of the valley you will want to look at and what areas you will want to avoid. This cuts down search time tremendously, as it gives you epicenters to concentrate on and places to not waste your time.

Communication - Julie is one of the best and most professional communicators that I have worked with in the business. She is matter of fact, but far from curt. Exactly what I want in an agent - be a straight shooter. Julie has this quality in spades. She also always has the best interest of her client in mind and will be honest if she thinks you are making a mistake or being unreasonable. Both welcome and admirable traits in an agent.

Friendly - Julie is one of the sweetest people we have ever met or worked with. She took a genuine interest in our children, our pets, etc. She has checked back in several times, long after her commission check cleared. That's how you earn repeat business and clients.
