We first brought my wife's MDX in for repair after a fender bender. They did an excellent job and the paint (which I'm very particular about) matched so perfectly that it looked like it was an original factory job. I saw and heard that they also did aftermarket work (apparently they also do a great job with LINE-X) so I brought in my Yukon to get the grill replaced for a cleaner look. Again, they did an awesome job. Big shout out to Steve, Chris, and Kelly for taking such good care of us!

I'm 68 yrs old and finally got a new car I was so happy then the hail came. My car received extensive damage I took it to juniper auto body because they were one of 4 companies recommended by my Insurance co.Kelly was great handling my frustration over the fact that the repairs took alot longer then anticipated due to unexpected complications plus the repairs were very involved they had to replace my whole roof among other things because of the delays Steve the owner not only waived our deductible but he inspected the car for us cause the stickers were about to expire and they brought my car to me. My car was only 2 yrs old and had 7000 miles on it so it had to look brand new and it did it was flawless the paint matched perfectly every seam was perfect.These guys are the real deal.

We have since had the Chevy Blazer back in after a fairly bad accident. Steve and Kelly were so helpful, especially because we no longer had collision insurance on it. They worked with as many used and reconditioned parts as possible and I think it works better now than it did before!

My repair was due to an auto collision, therefore it was all insurance money (not mine). They did a terrible job with my bumper: there was visible (and TERRIBLE) orange peel that wasn't even near the site of the collision, and when they blended they oversprayed and left an awful blemish in my rear door. I took it back, they corrected most of what I complained about free of charge. Was this because it was not my money, but insurance ($2,600)? Because I am a blonde haired, 5'2 girl who looks like I don't know anything about cars or collision repair? Or simply because they do not care about their customers? I will not take my car back, that is what I have learned from this situation. I even referred a friend to them and had to retract my referral due to the bad service. In the end, what really got me, is that when I picked up my car finally (after it had been in the first time for a week and the second time for over a day for corrections), no manager spoke to me, there was NO apology for my inconvenience due to their terrible service and the fact that I had to BRING MY CAR BACK for corrections. Nothing, just handed me the keys and that was it. Again, I would never take my car back and I suggest everyone stay away, they do careless work for a ridiculous price.
