      Ladies and Gentlemen .... start your engines and if your own vehicle can't take on the challenge of the journey you are planning then South Jersey residents have one excellent choice ... JUST FOUR WHEELS!!

      Our church has been involved in mission projects for years in SE Kentucky. We are transporting teenagers and older adults across Middle America for 12 hours until we reach the very narrow winding mountain roads of Clay County, Kentucky, where you absolutely need a reliable vehicle. Then during the mission trip we need to trust our vehicle to get our team to the mountainside or valley homes of some of the poorest individuals in the United States where we will do our best to make their lives better.

      I cannot say enough about FOUR WHEELS because they have provided us with superb transportation at reasonable rates for each mission trip. The vans we have rented have always been ready for pick up on the date and time we agreed to. They have been clean (Ok, it is hard to clear up tobacco smoke's residue from the seats of a van but a can of Febreeze helped clear up the air when I was tasting cigarettes as I drove the van away this year.) and in excellent condition; the vehicles have been relatively new, easy on gas, and with very effective brakes.

      But, the best part of FOUR WHEELS in Absecon is the customer service! Every year I have dealt with an incredible young woman whose pleasant demeanor and smile have made me feel so good about dealing with her and FOUR WHEELS. Sol is AWESOME and would enhance any business with her personality, knowledge and willingness to firmly back the company's policies in a professional manner (I have witnessed some truly obnoxious customers attempting to get a rental "their way" rather than by following the rules. During my last visit one man left cursing because no one would be at Four Wheels to serve him after their closing hours; Sol was polite and explained the reality.).

      Our church knows who we will be calling the next time we are going on a mission trip and in need of a van ... if you need a set of wheels you should be calling FOUR WHEELS too!

      Spoke with someone on the phone about a long-term van rental that would have cost me over $5,000. The Galloway location never returned my phone calls thus I took my business to Enterprise where I saved money and have professional service. The lack of professionalism in this area never ceases to amaze me...

      Reserved online a mid size car. In the reserved confirmation they send to your email, they(JFW) show you an example of a Nissan Altima being a mid sized car. Went to the Sewell, NJ location and filled out paperwork with Cindi and paid. Went outside to get the car and Cindi gives me a mitsubishi mirage g4. A SMALL compact car. I told her my contract said a mid size car (as I had 2 car seats to put in the back) and she argued it was a mid size car. Stuck in a position on needing to leave, I was forced to take the extremely small car. Which I should also mention smelled like cigarettes, and the check engine light was on! Used the car one day (since I already paid for it) then promply returned it the next day. I should also mention the gas tank was not full when I receivedthe car. Take it from me, and SEE the car your going to get first before filling out paperwork and receiving something you didn't want or reserve!

      I have rented trucks from them for years. They were much better than Budget or Hertz. The trucks from Hertz are like the cartoons you see where the trucks are falling apart, and Budget are a bunch of thieves, overcharging and never having what you reserve.
      I recently had a problem with a truck from Just 4 Wheels, and the took care of it.

      This place is terrible !! The woman at the counter became arugmentative with the customer in front of me and then became very nasty with me. I rented a vehicle a couple years ago and found there rates affordable but when I got the vehicle it was wrecked they changed vehicles and someone pucked in the air vents it smelled so bad. I kindly asked the woman if I would be getting a nice car and explained what happened last time. She got super nasty and then told me no cars available. My insurance is paying they didn't care. Also owner does not care. If you want good customer service or a nice rental go elsewhere.

      Rented an SUV online for the Franklin Park, NJ site. I called them and they confirmed my reservation. I was expected to pick up my SUV on a July Friday afternoon, and they were expecting me at 5 PM. I got very nice reception by the staff, and got the car within 10 minutes! They gave me a 2016 Kia Sorrento, a nice and spacious SUV. I have rented at Enterprise and Avis, and I got smaller SUVs for the same rental cost. They gave me an empty tank and expected to return empty. When I returned the SUV, they quickly checked the vehicle and was out of there in 5 minutes. I love the convenience of the location, and the availability of vehicles. Staff are courteous, friendly, and they know your name when you go there. Highly recommend it!

      Set up a rental truck to moved a bed. Called and got a price, then went two days later to pick it up. Confirmed the price, gave my credit card and off I went. I will say they have very nice vehicles. What I did not like was the quote I received TWICE was not honored and my credit card was charged much higher. When I called to ask why, then told me there was mileage involved. When I called and when I picked up, they confirmed no mileage. Called the Manager a few times, talked to her and she said she would talk to the owner and call me back. Two weeks later, nothing. She also said the girl was a new employee. So.... I guess the customer suffers because their new employee gave me incorrect information. Shame on them, will not use again. Buyer beware!! I will not rent from them again.

      I tried to rent a car from this Galloway location. I had never rented from this Galloway location before, although I had rented from this company. This particular location wanted my license, two additional forms of ID that showed a local address(and they didn't want to accept my government issued voter ID card), a pay stub or tax return that shows my income, my social security number, my auto insurance information including policy number, make and model of my car as well as license plate number and a major credit card. They wouldn't accept my Bank of America issued Visa. I went and filled out the paperwork the night before I was supposed to get the rental and they told me to call in the morning to see if I was approved. While going through this process there was no phone issue, I got through right away every time. The next morning, while trying to see if I was approved, their phone systems were allegedly having issues, causing them to not answer the phone, hang up on me in the middle of a sentence, etc. After an hour of this nonsense, they finally told me they would not accept my credit card, leaving me high and dry with no car and very little time to find one before I am supposed to leave to visit my ill mother.

      I would never recommend this location to ANYONE, even my worst enemy doesn't deserve to go through what I went through to try and get a rental from this location. The kicker? It's the most expensive rate out of all fo the companies I called. I simply chose them because they were the closest to my house and I had rented from another location this company operates with no issues. After how I was treated, I'm extremely concerned about how all of my sensitive personal information is going to be used because they collected quite a lot.

      Misleading website pricing with regard to miles and required options. Website should be updated to be more clear. Went to the website and chose a 10ft box truck from 9am to 4pm on a Sunday. Price came up as 19.99 a day. On the left side, there is a place to put estimated miles and click update. I put in my expected 100 miles, and the price did not change. Reservation printout said nothing about extra money per mile. It even said the "included miles price" of 19.99.

      Also a $4 service fee was automatically checked for me under options. Other "OPTIONS' were insurance, int'l drivers license fee and extra driver fee...none of which I wanted.

      I get to the J4W office in Galloway, NJ and they claim insurance is mandatory because it's a commercial vehicle and it's an extra 39 cents a mile. When I complained they agreed to cut the miles in half and said that's "the best they could do". I kept on them, and they kept coming down. "Oh, I can waive the insurance fee but I'm doing you a favor". Then, "Ok, we can take the rest of the miles off".

      I had the printed receipt with me and showed them the website on my phone and said I'm not paying anything more than what's printed on the receipt. If the website is in error they need to fix it. In the mean time they need to honor the posted prices.

      I get the feeling the local office is attempting to scam as much money as they can over the website pricing.
