I have to say, I was exceedingly fortunate to have Justin hold my hand through the search for and purchase of my 1st ever house. As I know to be common among 1st-time buyers, I was completely clueless as to (and generally overwhelmed by) the process, while still being challengingly picky despite the difficulties of the LA housing market. Throughout it all, Justin demonstrated patience and a sense of humor. His insights into market forces and his experience with construction/renovation (in addition to his ability to talk me down from the occasional freakout) were invaluable. Justin was extremely patient with my wife and I as we were shopping for a home in Burbank. We were clearly uncertain about exactly what we both wanted but he was great in talking through different scenarios with us and helped us understand what was best and realistic.

The #1 Justin did for us was patiently guiding us on what homes to say no to even when we started to get impatient ourselves. It took longer than we hoped but in the end we landed a place far better than what we imagined and if it weren't for Justin, we would've settled for something else earlier on in the process.

We are so glad that we chose to work with Justin as we moved our family out of state. Needless to say, the process can be stressful, but he meticulously looked after all the details of selling our home with confidence and joviality to boot. No question was too dumb and no problem was too big ... he had the right answer each time.

I seriously can't imagine how I could have gotten through the home selling, homebuying, contingent on both ends process without Justin Worsham. I'd only purchased one house before, and really didn't understand the buying process when I did it... So I felt like I really needed somebody to grab my hand and guide me through this process.. and that's where Justin came in. At no point in this crazy, complicated deal that I asked him to take on... Did it ever seem like Justin was overwhelmed... it felt like he was performing all of the necessary steps effortlessly. If he was stressed, he never showed it nor passed that stress onto me. I can't tell you how reassuring it was to have a text or a call from him where he said some thing like "i got this, " ... And I knew he did. That meant one less thing for me to worry about.

Even though all of the deals have been done, and I am in my beautiful new home, I can still call Justin with questions and know he's going to treat me with the same urgency and competency that he did when we were going through the selling and buying process. Bottom line, you would be doing yourself a disservice not to choose Justin as your realtor! He is a rockstar!

I'd like to start off by saying that Justin is AMAZING and if I could give him a higher star rating I would! He is an incredible, caring, compassionate, friendly, outgoing, funny, and brilliant real estate agent with the best personality (and his wife is pretty awesome, too!) He goes above and beyond and does his very best!
We had originally hired a different agent to handle the sale of our home - but sadly, after MONTHS we hadn't had a sale or even any showings. The previous company were not having open houses or marketing our house very well at all. So we fired that agency and hired Justin. It was the BEST decision we could have made!

When we started looking for a place, I figured it would take months to find a place, much less actually buy one. Justin was on top of everything from the start, we loved the first home we saw, put in the offer and had it accepted. The rest of the process was equally smooth, and Justin was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend him to anyone in the market.

Justin is amazing, we cannot possibly say enough positive things about him.
