I'm from New York & this place reminded me of the restaurants back home. The staff was friendly. The moment you walk in you can smell the aroma of the spices. The ox tail and curry goat was really good. Lots of flavor and they give a good portion for what you paid for.

Not a big fan of this place maybe it's for everybody else, but for me it's not that of a great which is disappointing seeing that there is not many Caribbean spots in this area. I'm a Jamaican born and raised and for me, I like to eat Jamaican food if I'm going to purchase it somewhere that is made authentically. So this is a takeout restaurant of course however, I went there to get some chicken soup once and it was not the chicken soup I expected. I'm going to preference to say that and my experience with the chicken soup was not even recognizable as chicken soup in my opinion. Because of this it was a turn off.
I believe if they put much more effort in making this space a good Caribbean restaurant, they will clean up $$$$$.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Brandon Y.Buckhead, Atlanta, GA8859170Mar 2, 2024
Good Jamaican food! Wasn't a fan of the Mac and cheese but everything else was pretty tasty. Good size portions as well. The employees were friendly and fairly quick. The restaurant was clean and in a good location.

Horrible customer service. Simply called to see if they sold a certain item and the unsmart and unhelpful person that answered the phone couldn't give me a straight answer about what was in THEIR store.

Also lived in NYC, and this is the greatest, most tasty, well portioned food ever. Red snapper with pickled onions and carrots is my personal favorite. Mac and cheese is good, jerk ribs are delicious, red velvet cake, just get here! Yeah Mon!

The service is HORRIBLE! There were 2 young girls taking the orders and that was a disaster. I ordered a large oxtail $25.50 for a plate of bones. TOO MUCH DAMN THYME! NASTY! The vegetable patties were hard and empty, except for the corn. The cook had the nerve to be a big fat sweaty white guy! NEVER AGAIN! The response from the establishment was deplorable. The truth must've been head on because I was called a liar. That's something that I would never be. What I did fail to mention was the fact that the amount of oil that was used in the rice and the oxtail will clog someone's arteries

The jerk ribs are a must. I'm obsessed with this place now. The large plate is very filling and the ribs are packed with a bunch of such good flavor. Rice and cabbage that come with the plate is also very flavorful. Service is awesome and I'll be coming back for the oxtails next time.

I love the food but my last experience here was just horrible. They need to take their children from the front. I come from Villa Rica to go to this place and brought family here from Chicago. The young ladies do not even address you, awful attitudes and threw the change at my out of town family member. The mother did apologize but she should have made the child apologize. Train up a child in the way he or she should go

The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the jerk wings with plantains. The wings were falling off the bone, and the plantain was fried perfectly. I will be back. The service was great also and quick.
