Emily M.Overland Park, KS12Jun 15, 2019First to ReviewI don't know the name of the gentleman who came out to help us as he never introduced himself. However, once he showed up, he was fantastic! It was the hour-and-a-half wait when we were told 30 minutes that was unacceptable. Then to only receive a 25% discount seemed like a slap in the face. I am truly upset and disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service from the dispatch office. If we had been informed that it would be a longer wait, we wouldn't be as upset.
After our initial call into them, we received a call from the guy saying he was 10 minutes away. I called back after 40 minutes passed and got voicemail. When I called dispatch again, I was told he would call me back.
All in all, it was a less than okay experience. I would not recommend Kauffman Lock & Key.
