The worst smoke shop experience I've ever had. The employee was extremely rude. It's a smoke shop. Be nice.

They may be a smaller shop but they have a great selection! The staff have been helpful and friendly every time I've gone in.

I'm in KC for a couple of weeks for work and made the mistake of relying on the front desk of my hotel for a vape store recommendation in what they described as midtown. From what I can tell, their recommendation was mostly based on the word vape being in the name since all three did but they were vastly different. The first place that I went to had a decent selection but the staff had no idea what they were talking about. Examples... Do you have kanthol wire? "What?" What resistance is the coil in this tank? "Huh? Resistance?" I get that the staff can't know everything but these guys had never even heard of these things and when I asked in general about a couple of the mods on display their responses were filled with guesses and in some cases, outright made up information.

The second place did in fact have vape in the name but frankly it was a bodega. I'm not vaping anything displayed next to erection pills and mountain dew.

I finally got around to this store and didn't have much hope left but I was pleasantly surprised. It was well organized, when I asked about resistance & sub-ohm vaping the clerk knew exactly what I was talking about, plus they had a tank that I've been looking for but not able to get back home. I left with a new atlantis tank, a 30 watt istick, and some of their house juice (which they had tons of samples of). I will definitely be back next time that I'm in town.

I stopped by this place because I saw the Kratom sign outside and I was pleasantly surprised. They had the exact Kratom that I was looking for and it turned out that they had CBD too. It was my first time buying CBD or any kind of hemp oil so I was at a complete loss but the staff was great and really helped me figure out best option for the pain issues that I've been having. I left with a nice stock of Kratom and CBD for under 50 bucks and will definitely be back.

I come in every few weeks for hookah supplies and incense. The lady that is normally here in the late afternoons and evenings is super friendly and always extremely helpful. I know I could order the same thing online but their products are very reasonably priced and I enjoy supporting friendly local businesses! I'm glad I have this place in my neighborhood and I won't go anywhere else! I just wish they had a punch card or loyalty rewards for frequent customers!

I am steaming mad. I bought a new vapestick from them today to replace my old one that was leaking. I bought the one that was recommended to me by a very nice girl who works there. A few puffs later, the vape started splattering out, burning my tongue and lips. I turned my car around and drove back to the store. The other woman who works there (the bigger, older one) was about as unfriendly and unhelpful as they come. She said that the problem was that I was sucking too hard, which was ridiculous. Right in front of her, I took the gentlest puff imaginable and hot vape splattered into my mouth. She took it apart, wiped it down, took one puff herself and told me that there was nothing wrong with it, that it was my fault, that it wasnt even hot (i felt like she was implying that I was lying) handed it back to me and said that there were no exchanges or returns. She also said "we just got these in, so I dunno..."

Well if you just got them in, and they are burning your customer who you recommended buy it, then maybe, just maybe, you should consider giving the customer the benefit of the doubt and exchanging it for a different one.

With a vape shop on almost every corner, you would think they would give a rats ass about keeping a customer, but no way in hell will I be returning to this store.
