Had a fantastic experience with Kamilo / KCS. I had a drain clog issue (and P-Trap / drain plug installment needed), and Kamilo responded to my inquiry very quickly (and was very responsive throughout the process). He gave me a very reasonable/competitive estimate, and stuck by that estimate to a T.

Highly recommend KCS. We contacted them yesterday because our kitchen sink was clogged and draining very slowly. They sent a COI to our building management right away and then they came the next morning. Kamilo arrived on time and was friendly and professional and very respectful of our home. He unclogged our sink and pinned up a pipe that was sending water into our dishwasher, which had also been filling with water at the bottom. Kamilo told us we could let him know if there were any more issues after he left. Sink and dishwasher are working great now and the cost was very very reasonable. Would definitely use them again if we have another problem with our plumbing!
