A super clean laundromat with super lovely bilingual staff.

I couldn't really fault this place ... highlights included:

- change machines that work -- one for coins AND another for notes!
- good-sized detergent for sale (and reasonable prices) -- in small sizes, which is the first time I've ever seen this and it's awesome for travellers like me!
- I was about to buy some dryer sheets when the lovely lady at the counter asked how many washes I was doing -- "just one" -- and she very generously gave me some sheets for free (bless her beautiful heart!)
- comparable prices (though I noticed it was cheaper to do laundry at my hotel -- doh!)
- they provide opportunities to win monthly cash prizes
- excellent location -- in a little plaza with lots of options for wandering whilst you're waiting for your laundry to finish
- colorful decor
- super clean bathrooms (but the ladies' didn't lock)

I'd 100% come here again if I needed to!

Great customer service. It is very clean and spacious. I walked in looking a little lost and the woman behind the counter greeted me with a smile. I told her it was my first time and she quickly explained the machines based on loads. She was so busy folding laundry but still walked me over to the correct washer. The machines all looked new too.

Use the wash and fold service my bed sheets and pillow cases had brown stains on them that weren't there before. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.

The place is clean machines are in working conditions l.. the only problem I see is a lot of people bringing dog beds to wash. For me I have a little girl allergic to dogs and is downer because I really liked this place. I've been to other places near by (not as close to this one) but they do have a "no dog beds" policy. I wish this place would do the same. I'm my opinion it would definitely be a 5 star place had it not been for a none pet bed policy.

Practically brand new business. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Clean and safe environment. Been to a few laundromats but this one is just super clean and very inviting. Conveniently located right on 137th and 88 st in kendall. Open 7 days a week from 7 am to 10pm

First time doing laundry outside and I was a little apprehensive about the cleanliness and the crowd. But this place was absolutely clean and people were really respectful. I did go on a weekday so the crowd was considerably less. During the weekends, I heard, that it does get crowded. This place is located in such a centralized location that you can walk in, start the cycle and run other errands in and around the place and be back. The owners were so sweet and considerate. They also offer folding services for a nominal price per lb. Super easy to pay for it as well. You can download the Speed queen app, load money on the app and then use that to pay. The app even reminds you a few minutes before the end of the washer/dryer cycle so you can plan accordingly. They also have laundry detergent and dryer sheets etc for purchase at the counter.

This business has no value for customer care. There is no one to be held responsible for machine malfunction. I came to wash here when they first opened and my experience was much more different than that of today. I always add a lot of detergent on my clothes to get them washed properly and never have I taken my clothes out the washer dripping wet and full of detergent. Out of 5 washers, 3 of them were in that condition. When I asked the employee that was there to please rerun the machine in order to get them properly rinsed, she said that it won't be possible. She said she'd have to call the owner to look at the cameras to see how much detergent I added to my clothes! Not to mention the price on the machines is above average! And the lack of hygiene of this place is terrible. The trash bins are filled to the top with trash, the floors are sticky, and bathroom reeks of pee.
