Mike M.Romney, WV2349538Aug 4, 2023Quite disappointed in the quality of service received. It was a constant struggle to get information and get the case moving. They have a high turnover rate with staff. My case was dragged out much, much longer than it should have been and it definitely hurt my prospects of getting what I deserved. The "left hand never seems to know what the right hand is doing; or in the case of constant new staff, what has been done." It seems they drag it out so they can charge more, above the percentage they take, for "services" and such. In my case they ended up with about 55% of the settlement.

From the start, they took my Insurance claim seriously, walked me through the process, and communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone needing a injury attorney.
