Erica S.Bellmore, NY862Dec 12, 2018This so called unreliable Doctor never showed up for my appointment nor did anyone from his office call me to cancel or reschedule I was paying cash for this visit since not covered by Insurance and even Kelly his scheduler was out to lunch. Would never return to an office that can't keep their appointments. No one knew where he was. Plenty other Drs that are reliable

Dear Erica S.,
I apologize for your unsavory experience in trying to obtain an appointment to see me. Unfortunately, neither myself, nor my staff were aware of any appointment made on your behalf by the Advanced Dermatology staff that referred you. The referring Advanced Dermatology staff member never contacted me or my staff member, nor added your appointment to our schedule. Additionally, on that particular day, when I normally would have been present anyway, and would have gladly accepted you as a walk in, my presence was required at a hospital emergency room. Kelly had no idea to call you to cancel or reschedule because she had no idea that your dermatology office told you to come to see me.
Subsequently, my office manager, Anela, has contacted you and offered a discounted service for your troubles. That offer stands, and has no expiration date.

For a long time I had been contemplating getting a breast reduction. After extensive research I found Dr. Francis. In November 2017, I went in for my procedure. Best decision I made was going to him. I've had a procedure done before and the experience wasn't the best. Not only did he do my reduction, he fixed the botched job from my last surgery.
From my consultation to post op visits. The care coordinators, and the entire staff were all attentive and amazing. The office is in prestige condition. Dr. Francis is a great surgeon!!

Dr Kenneth Francis is the best plastic surgeon in NYC. I am a 56 year old woman who had smart upper& lower back/stomach lipo. The result is amazing. Dr Francis is a perfectionist. Because of his experience and talent, he took out the most amount of fat possible. I lost many inches which resulted in a smaller youthful silhouette. Ladies when you chose Dr Francis, you will make a great decision. I am so happy and truly wish I did it earlier in life!

Did not have a good experience with this office. He's not a very trustworthy doctor. Would not recommend.

I found Dr. Francis on RealSelf and I had a consult with him. I chose him to do my surgery because he has a lot of charisma, he is intelligent, soft spoken and realistic. The office is clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns i may have had. Dr. Francis is a father which is another reason i chose him; i trusted him with my life. My tummy tuck came out amazing and so I went back this year for lipo and a BBL. I am more than satisfied with my results!
