Dr. Dieffenbach is one honest doctor. He'll tell you if you need or don't need work. Most doctor I know would do it even if you don't need.
I do it for self-confidence 'cause when I look good, I feel good. It actually improved my physical health too. I'm an outdoor person. My face been in the sun & wind & I haven't seen him in awhile for micro dermabrasion but I have to start seeing him for maintenance & I can't wait to have breast reduction!
I really love his skincare line too. It doesn't clogged my pores & it's not oily. Makes a big difference on my rough & tough skin! His acne spot treatment I love too. I love his work & so does all my friends who went to see him.

I thought I had posted this, but I guess not.....

Dr. Dieffenbach was one of the first office I consulted with for BA. I was really skeptical about it at first only because I haven't seen much reviews on him, but I'm really glad I chose him and his staff.

Let me just add that my appointment is not until mid-May so this review is pretty much just about my consultation. I walked in and I was seriously expecting snobby staff (I guess because the first office I consulted with was just snobby).....but I was totally wrong. I forgot one of the front office staffs name, but when she checked me in she was quick and gave me all the forms I needed to fill out. Then along came office manager Jen, who calls me in after 5 minutes of waiting in their lobby. She also acknowledged my husband to tag along in the consultation room and watch the introductory video they had me watch that way he knows what to expect.

She transferred us to another room where we met with Dr. Dieffenbach. He was very soft spoken and answered my questions and concerns that I had. He didn't leave my husband left out of the conversation either. He asked if there was any concerns my husband had and even though he said no, he still went over certain things with him. Not like some doctors who are just okay with no questions asked. Jen and Dr. B weren't pushy so that was a plus and they both even said not to settle. They told me to not rush into making a decision and to call them when I was ready....

Coming up on 6 months since breast augmentation and my husband and I are very satisfied with the way they look and feel scaring is very subtle and continuing to fade which was one of our biggest concerns I chose silicone as Dr D recommended and im glad I listened
Also had a Rhinoplasty 4 months ago and so everyone knows... it is very important to understand this is a process in healing every few days I would notice a change in the shape and at the 3.5 month mark I really saw what I wanted from the surgery my nose is so cute now !!! And still healing AND I am happy ! Because of Dr Dieffenbach and his amazing ladies that assist him and Charlie of course my confidence has gone up tremendously
My insides finally match my outs! Thank you Doc and crew Id recommend him to anyone!

Very disappointed!

I had breast cancer with a double mastectomy. I was referred to Dr D for reconstruction.

My initial consult was in November and they never called to schedule my procedure. I called them 3 times and they kept saying they were waiting on insurance approval.

I have dual HMSA so I have lots of insurance and this is a covered procedure due to cancer.

Thank goodness I got another referral to a surgeon at Straub and was approved for surgery in a week.

Also, when I went for the consult their gowns are hanging on a hanger and not washed between patients. I was so grossed out. I'm a cancer patient I've unfortunately been to many,many freaking Dr appts and I've never been given a used gown. Even when I had radiation for 5 weeks I got a clean gown every time.

This was not a good experience for me!

****Response to Dr's office. I called your office 3 times and not one person told me anything. Actually, no one called about anything.

I have dual coverage with HMSA so there is no problem with my level of insurance. I was approved with Straub with in 3 days of my consult.

I was never offered a cloth gown so how would I know that was an option. It's not normal to give someone a used gown.

Your lack of customer service shows in your response and I will continue to let people know about my experience.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr Dieffenbach and staff. I was extremely impressed with Dr Dieffenbach a highly qualified and well respected Board Surgeon. He listens to his patients needs and wants then makes a plan to achieve the highest and best results. His staff is caring, efficient and very professional. I'm very happy with the results of my surgery. I would highly recommended Dr Dieffenbach.

I went in for a consultation to have some work done on my thighs. I have always been self conscious about them because I'm not obese and I live a healthy lifestyle yet exercise hasn't been able to remedy my problem area. I am retired and living on a fixed income but saved up for this opportunity to do something for myself. Dr. Dieffenbach instilled confidence in me that the procedure would give me the results I desired. With his confidence, I decided to move forward with the operation. When it came time for my first follow up appointment I expressed to Dr. Dieffenbach that I felt as if there was no change to my thighs. He responded by telling me to give it time and it needs to heal to see the difference. Every follow up appointment was me expressing to him that I am still waiting to see the results and I even asked him what actions he would take if I am still unsatisfied a couple months down the road to which he replied he'd do a revision for a fraction of the cost. Fast forward to today, a few days shy of 3 months... this is where I am; first of all, I followed his post-op care instructions but my incision is STILL OPEN! Not a little cut, an open wound! When I brought it to his attention there was no cream, no antibiotic, no concern. Its so uncomfortable that I actually have to opt out of wearing underwear majority of the days. Secondly, the results are barely visible. His offer of doing a revision for a fraction of the price is a joke! What fraction of $15,000 does he expect me to pay for him to do something that he promised me he would do the first time?? I called him 2 days ago to talk about this and he just would not hear me out. His attentiveness toward my concerns are not nearly as assuring as it was before he took my money. Bad business, Dr. Quack. Bad business!

From consult through post breast augmentation Dr. D answered all my questions & put me @ ease. He and his front office mgr Jen have the best bed side manner! I am now 3 yrs post op & my breasts look absolutely great without any complications

Speechless.... Everyone there is amazing... went in for a consultation for a breast augmentation and told Dr. D what I wanted and after listening to me he gave his honest feedback . Got my procedure done the very next week... Dr. D always answered my questions never left me wondering he also answered every phone call after business hours... I'm 8 days post op and already feeling fantastic.... Dr. D is very professional and honest.... Thank you Dr. D and staff...

I was seen by several doctors to go over the procedure and costs, Dr.Dieffenbach was the last doctor I had seen and was impressed from the beginning. His staff very welcoming and polite, I watched a short video about the BA procedure and the types that are available. Meet with Dr. D after watching the video and he was able to answer all of my questions, concerns and what was the end result I was looking for. The price and the doctor was perfect, I am so glad that I didn't go with someone else. I felt 100% confident in my choice and I could trust in Dr.D. I decided to go with the 450cc which will be like a C cup size and would look perfectly for my body type and size. The procedure was performed in the office, in a clean and sterile environment. The Anesthesiologist was awesome he explained each step and ensured that I would be taken care of. Carli and Hope are exceptional and go above and beyond to make you feel safe and well taken care of. After my procedure they listened to my concerns along with the aches and pains. Prior to surgery day I picked up my medication prescribed by Dr.D , he went over the procedure one more time and what is expected after the procedure, along with the normal swelling and the aftercare. From the pre-op to my post-op and all after office re-checks were done in a timely matter. Over all my BA came out beautifully, I'm satisfied, confident and feeling more feminine and I owe it to Dr. D with his experience, reasonable cost and gentle touch. WORTH it!!! 100%
