This place is a joke. Do not trust them. We've been going for years now, but the original doctors aren't there anymore. Dr. Park and Dr. Sutton are gone now. I have been dealing with the same billing issue for seven months that they can't seem to figure it out. The straw that broke the camel's back for me today was dealing with a broken A/C at home during our Texas heat wave, so we're in a mini crisis at home, so I called to reschedule our appt for a not urgent well check, and the front desk lady told me I may be charged a $50 fee for late cancellation? Wow. This place just creeps me out in general. We've found a much better doctor in Frisco.

Had my first visit here with Dr. Park and am so amazed! He took his time and answered any questions I had and was overall so kind. So impressed and satisfied with my visit. Thank you KAP!

My children have literally grown up with Dr. Sutton and Dr. Blatt. My oldest has now outgrown the pediatrician phase of life, but my younger child still has a few years left. Dr. Sutton has seen her through many illnesses, from fevers every 10 days in kindergarten that led to removal of her tonsils and adenoids to asthma in the last year. This location is the second practice these two doctors have been in together, and we moved right along with them.

The entire team is extraordinary and truly care about their patients. From a mamma who is self described as being an "Apache helicopter" type mom, this team is simply the BEST of the best.
We are new patients to the practice, and called late today with needing a recommendation for an urgent care center in the area. They went WAY above and beyond to fit us into their busy schedule, rather then having us go to a urgent care center. Every single staff member, from the front desk team (Chloe) to the nurses (Jessica) and then the Nurse practitioner (Emily) were extraordinary!!! And, we are not the easiest of families...having a toddler with special needs and me being the definition of a "helicopter mom"...
As background, our toddler had a nasty cough that was misdiagnosed by a local pediatric urgent care this weekend, as simply being a minor "cold". The cough continued and today he was a wreck...as was I, watching him cough so hard he was vomiting and looking pretty awful overall. :-(
The Front desk team at KAP fit us in as brand new patients today, and thank God they did. He ended up being diagnosed with a distinct "crackle" in his lungs that was diagnosed as "early" stage pneumonia. I'd hate to know what could have happened if we'd waited to be seen later this week. Whenever doctors don't take medicaid patients I know they're practicing for the wrong reasons. Sad. Greed is ugly with whomever wears it and I certainly wouldn't want my children to be around it. I wasn't impressed with the attitude from the person I talked to on the phone, either. I won't mention her name; it's just a training issue and she wasn't well-trained.

We are sincerely sorry you are upset with our current offerings. We started the year off evaluating what it would take for our providers to be credentialed for Medicaid. If you are not aware we recently launched the TVFC program which Medicaid patients & uninsured can partake in.
When it comes to our staff and the manner in which they conduct themselves, we take these matters very seriously. Please contact our office so we may understand in more detail what had transpired & address your concerns. We hope you will reconsider evaluating us after you talk with the business manager.
