Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Alpharetta

After touring many places in Alpharetta, I feel I made the best decision to choose kids r kids webb bridge! My daughter is a toddler in mrs bridget's class and she has a hard time when I drop her off but I know she is okay because I can see her in the camara viewing that she is fine after I leave. She comes home dancing the way they dance in class and she grabs her blanket around 12noon and goes to bed just as they do in class now. I feel im able to work peacefully knowing she is in such a nurturing environment. I especially like how the director Jennifer is running the place as well as she is very involved in the day to day administration making sure everything is running smooth. I dont often see such hard work from upper management which makes her whole establishment full of happy vibes and all of her administrators are also always so nice to us!

I and my family love this school，and I appreciate every one works so hard to make this amazing place .They really care about my son and giving him the best experience in daycare.I Will strongly recommend my friends sending their kids to this school!

When I first checked my two year old son in I was happy BUT then he started coming home with more and more injuries and bruises. He was even sent home with no pull-up/draws on. The last injury was last week when he fell off a tractor which kids do and I received his very first boo boo report since he started in March. They called him Liva and I felt the need to go up to the school and speak with the teacher and asked one of the Directors(Michelle) to stay behind. I let the teacher know my child has been more hurt under her care then the previous teacher he had at Kids r kids (which by way I was never notified of him changing teachers) and if he came home again with marks and bruises then I would take legal action against her and ask the school to remove him out of her class and into another. I was very firm not yelling and no disrespect. Well I received a call around 4pm from Michelle stating they were unenrolling my two year old son because I used the word "legal". For any parent who addresses the marks on their child the course of action is to unenroll the child. I would never refer this school to anyone. HORRIBLE!!!!

I've been a long time client of Kids R Kids #28. It's amazing to see the same folks that helped to raise my two sons are still in place and going strong. I always feel welcomed. This is my family. If your in need of superior care for your child(ren) come here. The care and love your child will receive is amazing. They have updated to connect electronically and the meals and snacks provided will make your youngsters mouth hmmmmmm. See y'all soon. Love this Place

Love this school and its staff. My child is learning a lot through different visual, writing, playful activities.There is a daily update with pictures and summary of the day. Teachers are very devoted, sensitive to child needs, focused on learning and caring for others.

We enrolled my grandson at this location in August 2015 for the 3 year olds. We were very impressed with the academics and the fact that they gave appropriate homework to build good habits. This location was like a family to us. Our grandson loved attending there and we loved him going there. We are now in a Georgia Pre-K and miss the high standard of learning. We particularly love the live video feed for when we miss their face. The entire staff is very helpful. We loved it there and we miss them very much, especially Miss Jaijada(sp) who made our grandson feel very special.

The PreK program is great here and even has been recognized by the state. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Debbie are wonderful. They have a friendly staff that always wear smiles and make you feel comfortable. I can log online anytime and monitor my child.

My daughter has been attending Kids R kids of Alpharetta for 2 years. At first I was happy with them. Then it started going downhill. They had a lot of turnover. Seemed like every month they had a new teacher which I didn't like. As soon as my daughter got attached to someone and I felt comfortable with them, they were gone and there would be a new face. Finally after 2 years and one too many new teachers and me having to complain about these new teachers, I put my 2 weeks notice in and notified them that my daughter would not be returning. I went about it the correct way. I always paid on time. Never once paid late. Always brought in food and snacks when it was requested. Always brought gifts for the teachers so they would know they were appreciated. Supported the school at their annual fall festival. After putting in my 2 weeks notice I requested that my $100 supply fee...which I had just paid ON TIME 2 days prior...be refunded since my daughter would not be there anymore and it was for this current school year. They refused to refund my supply fee with no real reason other than it was non refundable. I think they are unprofessional. I've heard lots of things about them from there former teachers who left and I can see that it's all true. The right thing to do would be to refund my supply fee since my daughter won't be there to use the supplies. But they aren't professional and they're mad because we're leaving. Everyone should beware of this daycare, the director and the owner.

My daughter has been going to Kidsrkids alpharetta since 1.5 years (6 months old when she started in infant room and now she is in toddler room) and we love it! The center is wonderful with a constant video feed which is a great comfort just to see her sometimes while I am working! We love the teachers there right from Ms Catalina who is such a mothering comfort and everyone's favorite to Tray and Chetali...and Ms Homeka & Christina now. This place is great and most importantly it's fun so it keeps my daughter engaged. The teachers and staff are very responsive and sensitive to each child's needs. There are a lot of opportunities for parents to attend activities and holiday celebrations along with a good mix of cultural awareness. Having been an anxious mother who even felt separation anxiety when I first started my daughter off, this center and the teachers along with Ms Pat,Ms Claudia and Ms Michelle have been very supportive, prompt and available to me and other parents. There is always a courteous hello and a smile on each one's face and as one comes to the end of a long day ,it always feels good to have your kid in safe hands as these!

Suffice to say I have been recommending this to other parents and will always give this a 5 star rating.You guys rock!

We love KIds R Kids! Our little one has been at the Alpharetta location for 3 years now... We are slowly (although seems quickly at times with her growing up) moving through each of the rooms. We have had incredible teachers all along the way! Kids R Kids has become almost a second family to us. The communication with teachers is excellent. And the fact that we can sneak a peak at our little ones during the day via video cameras in the rooms is a definite bonus!
