Definitely would not recommend. At first impression was she was determined and had our best interest in mind. She seemed like she type of person to be very on top of things, once we gave her the listing she turned out to be a completely different person. The facade she puts on to get a listing is extremely misleading. She messed up our paperwork resulting in it selling for thousands less than the offer. Thinking she could recover from her mistake by trying to illegally cancel the contract resulted in numerous legal threats from the buyers including a threat to put a lean on the house. This was our first home and we were stressed out with a newborn so we did not know any better at the time and took her word that it was the buyers trying to scam us. It was really her mistake she wouldn't admit to. No contact was made from her on updating us with the process or even to tell us we closed. I had to call her to figure out the status of everything. My husband and I are so upset with how she handled the process and talked to us. We wish we never had gave her our listing. Biggest mistake ever.

Disappointed and in Dismay. Truly seemed to be a go getter, but in the end it appeared only for obtaining the listing. I was the only one making contact after the listing. She offered suggestions only when presented with them. She was MISLEADING and less than truthful. Claimed to have offers but never presented them? I would not recommend this realtor. Save your time and money. Move on to the next agent.
