Ethan P.San Jose, CA341333Apr 15, 2021Great gun store. I had my ammo shipped here last year when I was hunting ducks & geese in Princeton. Hassle free store. I had my 10 guage browning transfer here. Kim did my paperwork and verified serial numbers on my shotgun. They get you in & out in reasonable time. It's awesome. Because we live in a blue state, their is a mandatory 10 day hold for pickup because of background check. Not the FLL dealers fault. I recommend shopping here or gun transfer.

I only hear GOOD things about them, but I don't want to go through phone call nightmares, such as: If you want the camping department push 1, the gun dept push 2, the admin dept push 3, etc. Also don't like getting minimal attention from a phone call, when an email is a matter of record and usually results in a better response from the business one is trying to deal with.
Again, just a personal thing, and I WILL be going into that store to see why they have such a good reputation.

Juan was very helpful and answered all our questions. The thing that I really loved was that he didn't pretend to know things that he didn't. We will definitely be back for our future outdoor needs.

The manager there volunteered to deliver my package to my workplace in his way home. It's folks like these that prove great customer service still exists. Thank you for everything. Next time I am in the need for sports or outdoor gear I will definitely be going to Kittles!!!

This store is absolutely great. Everything you need for your next hunting trip and more! The prices are great and they have a crazy good selection of camo. My go-to for whenever I need anything, forget Bass Pro, shop local and save some money at the same time.
