KJ's Grooming Spa

I dropped off my 8 month old miniature golden doodle today at noon and immediately noticed some red flags. I couldn't get ahold of anyone for a few minutes and then when they finally came outside to get my dog they didn't ask how I wanted him cut or give me an ETA. Throughout the day I had called and texted multiple times and never heard anything back and began getting extremely nervous. Finally got a text back around 4 pm and didn't get my dog until 5:30 and they gave him back to me wet and not cut down like I had asked. I also paid them $50. I wish I hadn't been so nice but they had my dog and I didn't want any bad blood. I am extremely unsatisfied and will not be returning.

My son took his dog to get groomed today. He asked them to give him a puppy cut/teddy bear cut. Groomers always want to cut him like a Bichon, but he is a Bolognese. I told him to make sure they knew he was not a Bichon. He gave them my number if they had any questions. They never contacted me, although they told him they did. At this point, a Bichon hair cut would have been fine instead of the butcher job they did on him. The first picture is what he usually looks like when he's been recently groomed. The second picture is what they did to him.

Took my doodle for the first time! She looks and smells amazing! Sophia is usually scared of strangers but was really comfortable with the owner! They are kind and patient! Would definitely recommend!
