Ive been with this Agency for my Homeowners Insurance , but when I questioned an increase of 40% in my yearly rate and asked the Agency to give me other options with competing companies. Silence ,no call back. If your looking for an Agency which will work for you. This is not the one.

Very pleased with everything about this company. Had the pleasure of meeting Barry at a charity event. Spoke to him regarding insurance. At which point he gave me his card. After a couple days, I have replaced my home, car, and other policies. I have saved a lot of money....

Piss POOR Customer Service, Work Ethic, you name it. They are unprofessional to say the least! Rep talks over you when you attempt to explain what you would like. Cancelled my insurance policy back on the 28th of Dec. Received no confirmation after faxing in paperwork of new insurance policy. The Rep spoke over me when I tried to confirm receipt of my information. Asked for the Manager to which he replied he was the manager. Which was a flat out LIE. Called back after lunch to find out he wasn't and he was falsing identifying himself as such. Manager didn't even so much as apologize for his employee's behavior. Simply told me he'd "Talk to him".
Now here it is the 22nd of Jan and my previous Insurance company said that Knight Rep NEVER submitted proper documents stating I wanted to cancel my policy. That all the Knight Rep did was submit my new Geico Insurance Policy to them. No explanation, NOTHING! So here it is almost over a MONTH. I'm expecting my prorated return on my policy while they're expecting another payment. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention that here it is 9:32 am and no ONE is answering the phone. But their lovely voicemail states their hours of operation are MON-FRI 9:00 am- 5:00 pm.
Do your homework! It's not work going through this headache. Especially when you're pressed for time like myself. I do not recommend them to ANYONE. Not even my worst enemy.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
