I like the app I wish you would feature the dry cleaner "you go to" to make it a little more simpler, but overall I'm very happy.

Elvira the professional seamstress in charge of alterations is phenomenal! My daughter had a wedding dress that need added straps and reinforced zippers and eyelets. Elvira was professional and prompt in getting everything done. The price was reasonable and the convenience of having it cleaned there is an extra plus! My new "go to" for alteration and cleaning!

What can you say about this dry cleaning service it is continually getting worse. I know it's hard to find quality employees but still.

In addition to having low quality employees on certain days. Not taking cash on other days at random. Is this any way to run a business?

Starting to try other locations around me. I have found these other locations may not be as quick in service turnaround time but the prices are far better and the service is much better.

This place is def one of the best cleaners I've dealt with ! Today I had to go get my strap to a dress fixed and it was a string I wasn't able to fix it . When I got there and asked to see if the tailor can fix my dress and said they didn't have one there so Ana one of the employees there said she can fix it for me and did it in 20 min !!!! She's fantastic and when I got it back and asked how much , she said it was FREE !!!!!

Ok, they lost another customer. Do not come here if you need military press on a new uniform or actual cleaning.

I have received pants and tops that have obviously not been cleaned and I've had to return and point out.

I recently took a new uniform top that needed to be pressed. I just inspected it and I'm disappointed. The lines are not aligned, it looks rushed and just and overall crappy job.

Stick to your mom and pop shops, I'm sure they take better pride in their service.

Kona has always been reliable and consistent. When I am in a jam they have 24hr turnaround and even offer same day service if you get it in by 7am. The only thing I could say is they are a little expensive. If you go on there web page they offer specials or coupons from time to time. Good service is never cheap.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not take any as they call it "fake leather" jackets here. They will damage it and claim it was already like that. Very disappointed and disgusted with their customer service and how they had to lie to cover up their mess up! Why wouldn't you call to confirm there was "damage" on the left shoulder of my jacket to begin with before even accepting to dry clean a "damaged" item. It doesn't make sense. How about you own up to your mistake and have actual training with your staff on how to properly care for a polyester jacket.
