Ms. Rosa has excellent customer service. she is always smiling at the customers and greeting them as soon as they walk in the store.
Ms. Rosa always explains the situation well for customers and counts your order before you leave the store.

I wish I had taken a before photo of how my pieces looked before taking them to Kona cleaners to try and remove large amounts of (clean) motor oil from them, and I know they say there are no guarantees and they aren't miracle workers... but this has to be as close to that as it can get.
I had a pair of mauve lululemon leggings that about 40% was saturated with oil that I had hand washed and air dried prior to bringing it in. You can't even tell that there was ever any oil on it. The leggings look practically brand new. I'm over the moon it's incredible. Another pair of leggings that were black had less oil spots, but similar to the mauve leggings look nearly brand new.
The other two items were lululemon scuba hoodies. These two items had been ran through the wash and dried before I had realized they had any oil on them so I was really not expecting much of a fix on them. With that said, the white/grey hoodie has no trace of the oil stains and the iodine stains were greatly reduced in appearance as well.
As for the maroon hoodie it has extensive oil stains along the sleeves, back, parts of the hood, and the pocket area. The spots were larger than my hand and so dark the fabric looked wet. Remember that these stains were basically baked in when I ran it through the drier? Nearly all of the stains are gone now. There is a faint color difference where the stains were most saturated, but it's night and day from what I had dropped off to them. A 1
When I had called to ask about the service, the girl on the phone was very polite and helpful and even told me about their app which if you download as a first time guest, you can get $10 your first dry clean service. The price point I feel is incredibly reasonable even without the use of the discount/coupon. To have some relatively expensive pieces restored when I thought they were beyond saving is worth every penny (which by the way was under $25 for my items after the discount)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't come here for alterations. They messed up my bridesmaids dress and cut the inside lining shorter than the sheer front of the dress. they told me they were going to call me before doing anything to fix it and they didn't. They never contacted me and had to go in to check what's going on. I went to the store and They added a piece to make the lining inside longer again and match the front which will look stupid for the wedding. I had no time to buy another bridesmaids dress and also the dress is sold out. I showed them pictures of the original dress that both the front and inside lining is the same length and that they messed up but no I have to wear this dress that looks stupid for the wedding. Paid $76 for incorrect alterations for a brand new $160 dress

I am sorry that you are not having the best experience with our service. Because of the kind of dress this is/ the importance of the event it's for, I looked at the footage to ensure that we did what's right and do what's right in this situation. I am sorry, but your sheer is longer than your lining upon drop off by quite a but. Your request was to leave the dress the same just shorter so our seamstress shortened both at the same rate of length- leaving the sheer longer than the lining.
While the pictures are fuzzy, we can show them to you as Rosa offered earlier today.
I understand that this doesn't resolve your concern but I do hope that it changes your perception of what happened/ why the hemline was done in that way.

Not truth worthy service. I had dropped off my brand button up shirt on 04/18 for cleaning and to be pick up on 4/20. The associate connivence me to pay for a "couture" wash. I asked if the shirt will be back by Saturday and the girl confirmed with manager which was another woman she said yes. My receipt says pick up 04/20.
The day of pick up I was advise to come back in 30 mins because the truck was just unloading. I went back at 3pm and was advise that this type of wash typically take longer not sure why they had told me Saturday. Now I am being told that the shirt will be ready Monday? How is this okay? Manager stated shirt would arrive Saturday. Do not trust the timeframes of this place. I need to speak with business owner as this is not a cheap shirt and it was for my sisters wedding. We are sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you. Our cleaning facility had it ready on Saturday morning but it was not delivered to the Fontana store. Our driver has it this morning and will be delivering it within the next few hours. We are very sorry to have upset your plans to wear the shirt over the weekend and hope you give us a second chance in the future to provide better service

I wanted to try new cleaners and a place for alterations. I got to Kona about 2:15p, and I guess the lady that does alterations went to lunch and wouldn't be back for a half hour and leaves at 3:30 pm. I'm not saying she doesn't deserve lunch, but why would you take that lunch close to when you are going? They said I could return when she returned from lunch, but I had other things to do and lived on the other side of Fontana. I also didn't understand why someone out of the two workers there couldn't help measure the pants that I wanted to be altered. I'm sure they offer good service, but this time was all it took for me not to come back and try that service.

Hello,
Sometimes our seamstress takes her lunch according to the amount of fittings she has that day. Our store staff prefers to ensure the best outcome on alterations so we usually wait for her to do the fittings; this also ensures that the fitting is not missing anything and that she understands exactly what needs to be done to your garment instead of relying on someone else's notes. If you change your mind and decide to come back and she's not there, you can let us know that you are ok with the risk and we can try to do simple fittings.

My brother called me this morning and asked me to sub in for my nieces father daughter dance. Without a moment to waste I called Kona cleaners to see if they can help me hem my suit pants same day, I spoke to Rosa and she told me that if I got down there in the next 30 minutes, she can have this ready for me the same day. Not only did they under promised and overdeliver, but my pants are ready in less than an hour wow I was blown away by their speed and excellent customer service. Lupe was great. She helped me facilitate this quick alteration, and with the help of Ezdahart, My pants came out amazing! I couldn't be happier! Next time you're in a pinch like me, do yourself a favor and give them a call! You'll be happy you did! Thank you again for the excellent service!! I will be back!

The best customer service at Kona... really appreciate that they dry clean military uniforms and do some (although not all anymore) for free. Ezdahar was very precise and took care of the detailing I needed with one of my uniforms. Thank you!
