Koolsville Tattoo

I went to get a $10 tattoo and they did not disappoint. All my tattoos have meaning and they really hit the ball out of the park. Yes they may be basic and others will have to same ones as me but who cares , I love them. I loved going into the parlor with the music and overall aura of the place.

The business model is brilliant. Quick easy non negotiable images for super fun last minute questionable choices! This place can be a zoo but it's very organized.

Shop is clean for as many as they pump out, sanitation was on point. This isn't the place for heavy hours long custom work, although I'm sure they could do it. Rad guy at the front desk had bouncer vibes understandably makes quick work of getting you signed in. I'm super bummed I forgot the actual artist's name but equally chill, professional, fun and easy to talk too.

They have a blindfolded tattoo where your artist draws up a tattoo blindfolded, there's a wheel you can spin for a random design all at different price points. It's a very fun shop. Go with a group of friends to mark your awesome trip to Vegas. Included is a goodie bag with cream, healing instructions, Koolsville logo air freshener and a candy. It was busy and I waited about 40 minutes. These guys are killing it, don't forget to tip. Free parking in back.

Luckily it was pretty dead.
The staff were nice.
But what is dumb that they switch their flashes. A flash that you see online might not be the same flash when you go in and if you like a design on their old flash and want it they charge you regular price just because it's not on the flash they have right there the day you go in.
But I mean overall I do get compliments on my tattoo.

This was the most interesting experience I had by far with tattoos. I was expecting to be here for a while, but it was quick and painless.

I didn't really know what I wanted when I came to Koolsville. I had some stuff in mind. Aliens? Spaceships? Pegasus? I looked at the options again and I fell in love with the moon and water one.

I paid $60 at the front desk, signed some papers, and I was off. I really enjoyed watching everyone getting their tattoos as I waited. As I watched one artist with a group of girls, I watched this older gentleman hoping that he would be doing my ink. Then, the older gentleman called my name. I was so thrilled!

He was a very nice man. We talked about where we were from. I think he said that he has been doing this for twenty years. We talked the whole time...and I didn't feel a thing. This was the most painless tattoo session that I ever had.

I really wish that I got his name. I would really love for him to do some more work on me some time. This was such an awesome experience and I highly recommend it. It doesn't take that long and it is not very expensive. Really great artists work here to.

I do not recommend this place. First, the front-of-house staff member was unhelpful and careless. She practically ignores potential clients when they walk through the door. My friends and I came here for matching nose piercings, and the staff member gave us waivers to sign without reviewing any of the information on the form. I think that's odd, considering a piercing or tattoo is an intimate experience. Customers should feel comfortable and confident that they'll be receiving a good service.

Another reason for the 1-star review is that I was not asked which jewelry piece I wanted for my piercing. I was told to brace for the piercing, and a stud jewelry piece was placed in. * I was not asked what I wanted. * I think that is incredibly weird and unprofessional.

The redeeming quality here is that I felt confident that the tools being used were clean and that this location is monitored by the Southern Nevada Health District. Cleanliness and safety are top priorities for me.

Upon walking in shop was empty but a friendly young male greeted us and directed us to the other desk where 2 females were just chatting.
Like other reviews one of the females seemed careless and uninterested didn't even greet us or ask anything just gave us a waiver and told us to sign and proceeded to leave and go back to talking to what I'm assuming was her coworker.
We simply turned around and walked out. No customer service engagement really kills the experience.

The person who came up with this idea is a genius. It's basically a well oiled tattoo factory. We went on Friday around 5 and even though the place was packed, we were out in about an hour or so.

It was my first tattoo, so it helped that it was small and quick. It also helps that the shop provides a list of tattoo options and locations on your body because I was a bit indecisive. The gentleman that tattooed me was so nice and patient with my nervousness and questions. The ladies at the front desk were super busy but very nice. The vibe of the shop was so chill.

In a addition to the $10 tattoos, they do lots of great work. My best friend also got a tattoo (for moral support) and we've decided that this will be our newest Vegas tradition.

Came to the one on Las Vegas Blvd and so glad we did! The spot was calmer and less packed than the one on main st. Brought our daughter here for her first tattoo. I don't remember the gentleman's name who did our tat but what I can say is he was fast and he gave my daughter a great looking first tat! Thanks again fellas for a great experience!

Place was busy for a $10 dollar tattoo. Theirs was no one working the front desk when we arrived. Waited 15 minutes to get a copy of the waiver.

We only waited another 15 minutes. The tattoos are okay. For $10 dollars you can't say much. I wanted my tattoo closer to the bone of my external ankle but my tattoo artist said no and put the stencil above it. They he was like you want it still or not. This is not my first tattoo but the artist was very heavy handed.

Shadow was great. My daughter and I got matching Tatoo's. He was professional and made today fun!
