Kresta Roofing

So the roof work was great. Although I am still picking up barrier paper staples almost a year later, the quality of the work was good. The reason for the 3 stars is because our rep. Martin was misleading on the referral bonus. We were told we would get a $300 referral bonus for every person we got him business with, well that did not happen. The fine print to the fine print is the fact that we have not received a dime even though he has put a few roofs on peoples houses we referred. I did reach out several times over the past year and kept getting the run around. I was told that the individuals have not paid the balance to their roof and we would not get a referral bonus until the balance was paid, this was about 10 months ago. Seriously, I am tired of reaching out so that is why the review. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, that is why I waited so long, but people should be aware that the referral bonus is being used as a tactic to get more business but you will not get a finders fee, just some bogus excuses. I thought we had a good thing going but boy was I surprised. I am all about honesty and work ethic but seems like business are all about the buck and not customer satisfaction. Don't make promises you can't keep.

After hail storm damage my shutters still were not painted correctly! It appears that painting and screen replacement are not their speciality. I'll be shelling out $$ to have my shutters painted correct or replaced with better quality not the cheap plastic car£ they used.

My homeowner's insurance referred me to Kresta Roofing after I filed a claim. A very friendly representative named Lucy contacted me and worked around my schedule to set the appointment. The following morning, Brandon Green, one of Kresta's roofing specialists, arrived right on time. He spoke to me about the roof damage (which was discovered by a buyer's home inspector) and proceeded to inspect the roof.

Brandon was very professional and courteous, taking his time to explain some roofing basics and showing me pictures he took on several damaged shingles. He took the time to review the inspection report and was very thorough and careful to address those issues with me.

We were very impressed with the customer service that Brandon provided which was a blessing during a very stressful time!

Hire them! I needed an expert to inspect my roof right away. Brandon showed up the next day and was even early for the appointment. He spent a lot of time with me and was a true professional. It's good to know there are people you can trust. Thank you Brandon!

Kresta Roofing replaced our entire roof over a year ago. I have delayed in writing this review so that I could include updates or see if we had any problems. The roof replacement went very well, they were prompt and provided a timely service. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I had no complaints with the roof that was replaced, and we have had no issues with our roof ever since! All in all: a professional company that provided a good service for a fair price. Who could ask for more?

Kresta came out to inspect a leak. They were honest with me and it turned out to be an old leak that had already been fixed. Later that day I noticed a tile had slipped on another part of the roof. Called and Kresta came out the next day to check it out. Was a simple fix...only took 30 seconds so didn't charge me. That will earn you a customer for life! Also, without me asking, he double-checked the old leak since it had rained the night before.

Kresta is my "Go To" roofing company!. I am in real estate and need a roofer a lot. I always call them and they always deliver quality work at great prices.... Kyle

They did an excellent job. If you're in a hurry you might be frustrated with the time it takes to finish the job (as we were), but maybe it was because the work was done after a hail storm and there was lots more to do.

Having scheduled a full roof replacement the week Hurricane Harvey stalled near San Antonio we of course faced delays, but when the dust settled all went great! Brandon Potts kept us very much in the loop, and helped keep our mother at ease throughout the process. Great work, highly recommended, and worth every dollar!
