Dakota W.WI, WI021Oct 13, 2021First to ReviewI've used KTS home inspections twice in the last couple years. Both times were for home purchases, on the first I had radon testing which he did not pick up when he was scheduled to and didn't communicate with me, my agent or the seller. For the second home, the AC and furnace were not tested. After moving in, it was discovered that the furnace blower motor (which circulates air through out the house for both AC and furnace) was not working properly and I contacted the inspector to ask if it was working during the inspection. He could not answer if the ac or furnace was tested and report only stated that it appeared functional.
