Kwik Kuts Hair Salon

I have visited 3 times in the last 4 months, with 3 different hairstylists, and they each have disregarded what I have asked for to give me a haircut they had in mind. They each refused to point cut and explained that another method was a better method for what I wanted, and it wasn't. The third stylist was the last straw; I won't be going back. My hair was just below my chin, and I asked for the length to stay the same, but for layers to be added to the sides and top. I didn't ask for my length to be tapered, I told her with my hair there is shrinkage due to my curls, and cutting less hair first was better than too much.

Went in today, met with Niki. She was great and did a wonderful job on my crazy hair. She was very personalable and funny. Made being there fantastic. Appreciate that. Thank you.

I arrived at 5:30 on Tuesday. There was one employee there. She was a lovely young lady. We had a nice conversation about living life and staying active enjoying what we do in life and hobbies, overall great experience and wonderful haircut. Thank you!

I have visited this salon about five or six times in the past four years, when I can't get to my regular salon. Each time I have been turned off by the lack of hygiene. I have seen combs fall out of hairdressers hands onto floor and continued to be used. Today my hairdresser used a brush on a cut right next to me. I noticed the color and shape of the brush. After she was done with my color she was using the same brush to blow dry on my hair. I was grossed out because the previous client did not have a shampoo just a dry trim. That's it for me. And I paid thirty dollars MORE than my usual hairdresser. Inspectors need to check this place.

I took my 2 little kids in for a hair cut to save some money. We usually go to a kids salon (Ribbets). My 18 months old got butchered. My instructions were clear to just trim his surfer cut, and he ended up with a little boys cut that was crooked and looked absolutely awful. My 3 yr old bangs were crooked too. I called in later to speak to a manager and request a refund and never got a call back. This was the worst experience ever. The staff was unfriendly and rude. I will never set foot in this location again! I had to take my kids to Ribbet to get their haircuts fixed.

My first time at kwik kuts on late Sunday morning 6/21/15, they had 2 stylists and waited about 40 min. I told the guy to cut off about 1/2 inch off the top and number two on the side and don't cut off too much, then I took off my glass which I could see an thing. Within two minutes I feel he used the buzzer cutting straight up the back of my hair and what's left on top of my hair Mr. Scissorhands cuts off so unevenly. After I put back my glasses, I told him he cut it too short and he tried to patch it up with some gel. I should not have paid them for this awful cut, but I did because I didn't want to cause a seen. If I could insert a photo of my haircut you would have gotten a great laugh. They are located in Wal-Mart Center, Leland.
