I decided to buy a van from a dealer because I thought it would be better than trusting someone off the street but in reality I probably would've had a better chance. After the 3rd day my catalytic converter failed. They referred me to another shop to fix it. Paid $280 for it. 2 weeks later my alternator failed as well as my drive belt paid over $500 for that. Now my car won't accelerate and I bought this car in September. Now it's saying I need another part to fix it and my catalytic converter might be failing again. Crazy right!! Ya I think so too. There is no reason why this should be happening again. I truly believe they bought it from the auction and because they drove it to the shop and it seemed as if nothing was wrong with it. They cleaned it and sold it. I should've got it inspected so that was stupid on my part because now I have to keep putting money in a car that was promised to me that everything was great on it
