L&R Alpaca Haven Farm

We had an amazing time feeding the animals, the alpacas were amazing and friendly, they love their carrots, lots of chickens running all over the property and a few donkeys (wish I had apples to give them)

When your get a chance bring the kids you will have a great time, we sure did, was amazing to see the newborn alpaca baby just a few days old.

Can't wait to return and this time I won't forget the apples buddy.

Todd was a great family friendly weekend activity. Make a reservation and drop by to feed carrots to alpacas! They're really soft, very friendly, and couldn't be cuter! The price of admission is $10 per person and that includes two cups of carrots per person. My 12 year old was really into it but my 8 year old was a bit nervous with the alpaca looming over her. She warmed up by the end. We even got to take two for a walk on leashes!

Our group decided to do something that we don't do everyday back home in Miami. and I can say we had an amazing day with these beautiful alpacas each one with a different personality and look. If you have never been with an alpaca this is one experience that is well worth the trip. Great Day!!!

This place is a little slice of heaven in Douglasville. Laura and her staff are professional and accommodating. The alpacas are sweet, friendly, and approachable. My 5-year-old son is on the autism spectrum, but he really enjoyed himself. So did his dad and me! We definitely will be back again.
