They messed my nails up so bad bad when I asked to get them fixed they said nothing was wrong with and then proceeded to charge me $95 ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We called and asked for an appointment for two pedicures at the same time, they said yes but when we got there they said they didn't have enough people to do two at the same time. Our appointment was 2:15, they got to one of us around 2:30, my friend had to wait longer than that. They were incredibly slow, some of my toenails are wavy and they charged me $60. My friend had her nails painted also, not a manicure, just her nails painted and they charged her $91. They didn't have liners in the tubs nor did they actually clean the tubs after, they just dried them out with the same towel they used to do our pedicures. I will never go back there.

I don't recommend this place . They constantly cut you, the nails are usually crooked , and they don't care about the customers at all. Very rude most the time , and do anything they can to get more money from you.

I've been looking for a nail tech in the area so I went to this place... Very very bad idea! They were busy when I got there so I waited about twenty minutes which is understandable and I was not upset about at all. I had to get four new tips on nails that had broken. I wanted a tapered square which she argued and said was coffin but not as thin. Which is why it's called tapered square and not coffin but whatever. When she cut the side of two of the nail she put on me she cut me with nail clippers! She didn't notice my bleeding or pulling away and then she did it to another finger. At this point I'm already upset that I'm paying for this service. I go to wash my hands and when I come back she notices one of the cuts and says "I'm sorry I hurt you". I didn't say anything. She painted my nail and I went to the dryer. She didn't put cuticle oil on my nails. I had sat at the dryer for twenty minutes when she told me my nails were dry. I knew they went, it's regular polish and it'll smudge after only twenty minutes so I was extra careful bc she didn't have me pay before she painted my nails! They were smudged multiple times before I left the store. A fill in is $20 and a full set is $30. I had four new out in and I was charged $32.17, after being cut multiple times.

I have had my nails done for the past 16 years, my normal salon was busy so i went to the newer salon by the dollar tree in waverly LC NAILS
I got a full set they said was 30 dollars and i wanted a certain collar they said could only be gel So i paid the 10 dollars more
total they ended up charging was 45 dollars
THEN the next day i noticed they were catching in my hair, as i look close i notice acrylic or gel on skin by nails. It was a sunday so they were closed SO i went on Monday to show them they said sit sit we fix... as they were fixing they were talking back and forth about me.
a week later CURRENTLY my nail so crooked and all my gel is cracking. I called last night to talk to owner she says "plz come in morning and ill fix" SO this morning i drive again 25 min there and the man says very mean as i walk in the door "What do you want?!" I said the owner told me to come.
he says she isnt there and he will fix. He screamed yelled at me in front of customers. kept saying this my fault and he fixing 3 times for free. I show him the horrible job and he kept telling customers I DONT KNOW WHAT SHE WANT and I kept saying they look horrible! he was so mean to me! I asked him just to remove them and refund my money he screamed NO and I left. I called police asking if I could show the customers there and they say yes so i did. Im a mom of 4 who treated myself and they look horrible. Anyone can email me and ill show the pics of the shoddy work. Horrible service!
