L'illa del Mar

Stayed in the area of the Barcelona Forum. Popped in for a couple of apps (tapas) and drinks. Food was good. Service was prompt. Prices were reasonable. Glad we found it.

It's a very average place. My fish was not cooked for my bit just warmed. Salad was with green tomatoes and not eatable part of cucumber.
The food was fresh. Thanks for that.

I am sorry, but this place was horrible. The pizzas do not look anything like the pictures and looks more like frozen pizza. The paella won the pic had huge prawns, but they were microscopic. Worst food experience I had in Barcelona!

The food at this place is terrible. The paella was not cooked. The rice was hard and flavorless. My son had the burger which didn't look or taste like real meat. Please avoid at all cost. I was impressed with the beer on tap however everything else was terrible. Come here for drinks only. Don't get the food.

Nice place to relax and have a snack or drink. Outside service is very quick and the food is good. Definitely recommend.
