La Bella Salon & Day Spa

There is a picture of the subpar manicure I received on their Facebook page from my visit on 10/07/22. The nail tech caused my fingers to bleed, took all the length off my nails and left them rough and uneven. The polish was applied with so many thick layers that three hours later it still was tacky wet- this is after the technician used quick dry spray to help. I had my visit prepaid and they tried to leave a service off. They had to move my appointment because the person who was supposed to do one of my services walked out that day. They stopped during my massage to go call the owner to figure it out. I reached out via email to give the owner a chance to rectify the situation but never received a response. The facials are incredible and the only reason I gave 2 stars. I have included a photo of the reciept and Mani Pedi since the owner is claiming I wasn't there.

Twice I have made appointments online and twice these appointments have magically disappeared resulting in a wasted trip. First time, the salon said they called to cancel my appointment, then they said the appointment wasn't there to begin with, then blamed it on a "system error" because all of the massage therapist had quit. Not sure why all the different stories, just say sorry and make it right! They made me another appointment for the following week for a 90 minutes deep tissue massage, arrived and the therapist told me that she didn't "have time" for a 90 minute so I ended up getting a 60 minute massage, despite the appointment on the books being scheduled as a 90 minute massage. It actually was a really nice massage, so wanted to try to get another one. Just arrived back from another appointment that my husband made three weeks prior; I tried to call to confirm, no one answered the phone, arrived to find out the appointment wasn't scheduled. Realized the appointment I made was with a therapist that is no longer listed on the website. Obviously, I won't go back as they will not take responsibility for their errors and the online system is horrible. Definitely do not recommend as they cannot seem to get their own scheduling issues resolved. La Bella likes to respond that negative reviews are phony reviews...this one is not.

Staff was wonderful. I received an eye brow wax from same master esthetician I had before. It's been over a year since I was back but same service and now price has doubled?? $28?? Still same management issues and nothing has changed. Can't blame it on pandemic, because then I would be concerned about how they cleaned prior.

I do like this place for my nails, but I went for one of their famous hair cuts and I was severely disappointed.

The lady who cut my hair was young and new, and assured me that even though it was her first time doing such a drastic cut (I donated my hair) she would be able to accomplish the look that I wanted (I showed her a couple pictures). I was so upset with my cut and I will never be able to go back. She cut my hair shorter than I asked all because she cut my hair at an angle that it laid unflattering.

I did advise her that because my hair is so thick I would need to have it layered properly with a middle part. She assured me that she knew what she was doing.

I had my hair cut back in April and 3 months later it still does not lay correctly and I have a gap in my locks when it is straightened.

Overall I am extremely disappointed and will never go back and highly recommend not going if you are planning on a big chop.

Went in for a facial with Karina and it was amazing!! I've been trying to go on a regular basis since I am not getting any younger. She had some tips for me and a product recommendation but nothing pushy or over top which I appreciate. I also like she customizes facials for the clients skin! Will
Be back for regular facials for sure!

I called, short notice, on a Saturday morning to get a pedicure and the ladies at La Bella were able to fit me in. The pedicure was one of the best I've had and Hannah was incredibly thorough! My feet were in a bad way with my wearing flip-flops or combat boots all the time. I also had some mondo ingrown toenails and she used a special file to work my monsters down. The overall experience was incredibly relaxing and I even got some great recommendations for tattoos and piercings as well as mobile dog grooming (our range of conversation covered many topics).

I just moved to the area so I was looking for somewhere new with ambiance that fit me and I definitely found that with La Bella Salon & Day Spa. I will be coming back in the future! I might even indulge in a massage and facial!

I had a great experience! My pedicure was awesome, the eye brow wax was great and my message was magical! I loved how clean the spa/salon was! Everyone was super nice!

If you are looking for a nice place to pamper yourself this is the place to be!

Karina. Is. Amazing. Not only was she the sweetest most genuine human from the minute she introduced herself..... my face is literally breathing after a signature facial. She addressed the issues I let her know I was having and she let me know what she saw after just a few minutes. I walked out of La Bella with just a little more confidence than when I walked in..... 4-5 weeks is going to be hard to wait for another facial.

Recently had a $55 pedicure. Angel did an ok job. Nothing outstanding. Basically paid for a foot soak and nail painting. The other room where they were cutting hair, was so loud with music and conversation. No relaxation what so ever. When I checked out, they put a $3.50 "Safety Fee". Wasn't told about it when booking. So I basically wasted over $60. I have been to this salon several times in the past. Very dissatisfied and won't return. Need to charge your clients an additional fee to be "safe"? Really??

Katie Mercado offers a fantastic sugaring service. She is very precise and tactical when working on your skin. I came to see Katie after having seen her previously at a different location. You'll be happy to know that she only practices sugaring using the highest quality skin products for pre and post care which is great peace of mind!
