Excellent pizza. Fresh ingredients, good spices and proper crust. This is a REAL Italian pizzeria! Service was quick. We sat at one of the outdoor tables, which was simple, but pleasant. We ordered an extra pizza to take home at the end of our meal.

Really great pizza here! Personally I think the sauce needed more salt and flavor. Service was only ok, but could have been because our French isn't very strong.

Most probably one of the most tasty pizzas in town. Oven baked pizzas, big portioned pizzas. A bit disappointed by the music (lady Gaga), and the lack of drinks variety. It is a small place, more appropriate for a quick pizza "snack", rather than a dinner experience.

First impressions of the place is that it must be good when half of the tables are full of Italian people.
I am very disappointed by the fact that they forgot our order twice and we waited more than one hour for our pizzas while we saw the tables after us being served first.
Despite the poor service, the pizzas are the best I have ever tried in Belgium and has made me decide to hopefully come back soon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John W.Colorado Springs, CO14665Oct 27, 2015
Best pizza I have ever had! Cash only, menu on big board, small restaurant and limited menu. Service was slow and kept forgetting what we asked for. But...this is the one place I did not mind poor service. I had a 1/4 carafe of their house red and a pizza with salami, garlic and smoked mozzarella cheese. BEST EVER! They also put some red chilli paste on it that wasnt too spicy.
Despite the slow service we could have kept on bugging them to get what we wanted, but opted not to. I got to talking to them after my meal and they were great people to get to know. Very friendly.
This place is popular so make reservations!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Aug 10, 2015
Came here in April and the pizza really was great. Our server was slammed but she hustled a lot and provided efficient, friendly service. I enjoyed both pizzas (the mozzarella and the anchovy olive), really outstanding food. Nice house wine, cold beers, excellent pizza. The place was packed and it was clear that everyone really enjoyed the food as much as we did. Five-star experience.
So, with that tasty April experience in mind, we decided to come for lunch on Saturday. We called ahead, at around 12:45PM, to ask about lunchtime hours and to ensure that they weren't closed for summer holiday. The employee who answered the phone said that they were open until 3:30 (and closed from about 3:30PM to 6:30PM). Imagine my dismay when we arrived at 1:45PM and were told that the kitchen had closed only five minutes earlier! Apparently they only stay open until 3:30 for the people who have already ordered. An honest mistake, perhaps, but why did he think we were calling? Isn't that something you'd tell someone who was clearly about to head over to your restaurant? "We're open until 3:30, but if you come at 1:45, you're boned." Why not tell us that the kitchen closes nearly two hours before the restaurant closes?
We were pretty annoyed, and honestly it left such a bad taste that I don't think I'll return. We had planned to bring guests when they visit Brussels, but if the service is so unpredictable, it would be better to give it a miss.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Calla P.Comanche, San Jose, CA01Jun 11, 2022
bad food and worse service. we waited thirty minutes for the check after asking for it three times and they argued it was a ten minute wait. and the so called ham was more like lunch meat

Came here again as a party of 5 with visiting US folks and once again while the food was excellent (which is why it is 5-star) the service really veered from fantastic to bad during the course of the evening! Hence am keeping my rating of 4 stars as before even though the food totally is 5-star worthy!
So to start with, it took like 45 minutes to order (and even with 2 diners running late) when our table was complete it still took a loooonnng while to get the attention of the waiter. Plus the folks left on the table weren't given any olives to nibble on, although those were provided to other diners. The good news is that when we did get the waiter, he said he could make our own pizzas, if we told him what we liked and so 1 person got the mushroom pizza, another got fish eggs (yes, really! because they were out of all other seafood); 3rd person said he liked pepperoni, 4th person wanted mushrooms and the wild boar bacon, and I wanted something spicy as well as the wild boar bacon.
I must say the diner who requested a pizza similar to pepperoni, his pizza was just out of the ball park and ranked #1 for all of us! We later found out this was because he had both smoked mozzarella cheese and something called 'Nduja - which is a spicy pork paste from Calabria, and I would totally recommend getting any pizza that has this as a topping! (As a side note - the fish eggs pizza was too salty for me, but the diner who ordered said he didnt feel the salt levels as much).
We had drinks as well and bill was around 80 euros. So I will be back, but only because the food is so good!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Mar 7, 2015Previous reviewAwesome, amazingly delicious pizza and the service was super friendly and courteous. Our party of four arrived Saturday 6pm without a reservation but the chef was amenable to our using the table outside. We trekked 50 minutes from the other side of Brussels to eat here because of the rave reviews and the food certainly lived up to it. This place has now taken my top spot as best Pizza place in Belgium (sorry Pizza Saco), as the variety and quality of the ingredients is far superior.
Between the four of us, we tried all different pizzas (4 seasons, classica, carbonara and deliziosa) and each tasted unique with their own intense flavours. We all especially loved the cheese they use here - really fresh crisp and succulent. The carbonara had a perfectly poached egg in the middle and to see the yolk combine with the earthy sweetness of the boar bacon strips was a celebration of breakfast flavours, but on a pizza. The pie is a huge helping and two of us couldn't finish, but our waitress gave us the option of leftover doggy bag, which was great.
We also ordered two desserts to share - the tiramisu (pretty decent) and the ricotta tortino, which is something had never tasted before. Really liked this dessert, it was like a crumble and then ricotta was just perfect level of sugar and not overtly sweet.
So if there was one level if small dissatisfaction, it was with the beers ordered - a local Italian brand from Sardinia. None of us liked it - was too yeasty, and so would get something else instead. But overall great place and can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu items. - Reginald D.Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium140118Mar 13, 2017

I went here on a late Saturday night. There were no tables available but the owner found me a spot at the end of a table where a large group were eating.
I had the ham and mushroom pizza which was delicious. I was actually on the way to another place when I walked past this one. So glad i stopped and ate here.
Really cool neighborhood as well. Lots of places to walk around here and get a feel for a different part of the cityHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
