La Corte dei Leoni

I came here in the evening after a long day of travel. It was near the hostel I was staying in, precisely 2 blocks away. I would not have discovered it if I had not stumbled upon it.

I had met a local Italian who came with me and taught me what to order. We ordered the an appetizer which was big blocks of mozzarella cheese and cured Italian meats.

And we split a pizza over a glass of wine.

Very delightful, because we sat under a canopy on the streets of Italy... and really enjoyed the quiet.. away from tourists.

Would come back.
