La Tonya Jackson At The Hair Palace

Okay experience. I feel like it's overpriced. I got a wash, deep condition & flat iron & trip (with a coupon) it was $65. I left a $5 tip to be nice! I would have been $85 without the coupon. Way too expensive. She did a good fast job. My hair came out straight. Not as SILK straight as it has came out at other salons. Maybe it's just Austin? Idk but I used to get the same service all for $60 back home. I'm still searching for a bomb place here..

Some coworkers suggested Tarshan to me after I saw how nice their hair looked. My hair is natural and tends to swell in this Texas heat and humidity, so I hardly ever straighten it until I need my ends trimmed. Other stylist have been able to get my hair straight in the salon, but it swells up and frizzes up before I can get to my car.

Not today. I am a fan!

I am always pleased with my results. She is very knowledgable and trustworthy with my hair. Super pleasant and humorous. Most importantly she manages her time well, in and out without compromising quality. Compared to all other salons pricing is very affordable and the styles last (especially if you do you part and tie your hair down at night :)) where else can you go and always get a deep conditioning without being overcharged or even charged at all! That's what make her a great stylist and professional, the care she has for your pocket $$ and hair!

Sooooo....I've been coming here to LaTonya for quite some time now, and that says a lot! Credit cards are accepted now!!! She's still amazing, funny, thorough, knowledgable, and honest. I love the fact that she is not here to sell you products that you don't need for your hair or push you to get services or treatments that you aren't necessary seeking. She checks in throughout to ensure your happiness as a client, and never assumes that you're just a Barbie head in her chair that she can play with at her discretion. I have yet to have a negative experience here, and urge anyone who's seeking a stylist to give her a chance to wow you like she continually does the rest of her clients!

La Tonya is a great stylist. I have been going to her for almost a year and my hair grows so well when does it. I am never in the salon more than an 1 and a half which is a bonus.

I just love going to phenomenal hair and care salon. They are very serious about their work. when you leave there you fill like a model. Tarshan do my hair and I just love her to pieces. Thanks Tarshan for keeping it 100!!!!

This lady knows how to style, treat hair and suggest.... she is "phenomenal"... She did facials for me also and it removed those ugly blackheads on my nose and my skin is radiant. I am VERY pleased with my operator, La Tonya and she is the best thing that has happened to my hair in a long time....

I go in looking and feeling phenomenal and I come out feeling and looking phenomenal with a billion dollar smile. Tarshan is a magnificent stylist...
