Complaints too numerous to count! I'd be writing a novel. My son sees Allied Orthodontics there. DO NOT use them!We only came here because our insurance covered orthodontics there. If I could I'd have the braces taken off and complete treatment elsewhere but we've suffered through and are close to end of treatment. If I could pick my number 1 compliant it would be that the orthodontist isn't always there. They travel to other offices so good luck with scheduling or seeing a Dr if you need one in an emergency. #2 I have not witnessed a more poorly run office in my life. And I work in healthcare and deal with many many offices. This place never ceases to amaze me. Not a good way to run a orthodontist business at all! I'm not a "complaining few" I rarely write reviews let alone complaints.....but this place needs a warning sign. Check their BBB review too before you decide to use them.

These people DO NOT periodontal work despite my insurance company listing them. I told them that's the work I wanted down and they accepted me anyway. Just general dentistry as far as I can tell.

I went to have routine exam and cleaning. I couldn't get the cleaning done because they have 1 part time dental hygienist and she is booked 6 months out. They overcharged me according to my insurance company. The insurance company has been trying to call them about it but can't get anyone to pick up the phone.

This is the most incompetent Dental office I have ever seen! They keep you on hold (over 18 minutes) AFTER being told that I was going to get a call back (never did). So as I was driving by - I decided to stop in and make an appointment (still on hold) ...The OFFICE was EMPTY of clients. There were three staff in the office area looking bored. The receptionist who was RUDE was offended I wanted to make an appointment! No way. I am finding another Dentist!!!

Had a cleaning done and was told that I have two cavities on my back teeth. Ended up moving before the work got done went to any other office for the work and they didn't find any cavities what so ever. All they care about is there money that is it.

Horrible Dental Office. My daughter went here for braces because they are the only orthodontist that takes her medical assistance. For that they get one star. Trying to contact this office is ridiculous. It can take an hour or longer to get through, they do not return calls when I leave a voicemail. I've had numerous appointments cancelled by them because the dentist had to be at another office at that time. My daughter's metal band fell out so I called and when I got through they gave me an appointment for two weeks later! Do not go here!

If I could give them no stars, I definitely would. My daughter was advised by her Gateway medical assistance plan that this was the only place she could go to get braces. We have been coming here and they have dental students working on the braces, which normally is fine, but we have had nothing but problems. You cannot get anyone on the phone and you leave several messages until someone finally calls you back acting like they didn't get the multitude you left. We changed insurance companies and now we have CHIP and they said that they had to take xrays and get a prior authorization, which they took the xrays in June. We have not heard from then since. I called the insurance company and they never received anything from them at all. I called Lancaster Dental Arts and was advised they would look into it and have a supervisor call me, three weeks ago. Just tried to call again, big surprise, no answer. I called the insurance company who said we can't go anywhere for braces because another dental office will not want to work on someone else's work and they cannot be removed because braces are only approved once. I am so fed up with them but feel like my hands are tied. Don't go there!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! I am sure more pitiful reviews will service. I had a root canal & crown. From the beginning the pain continued, I went back for recheck and was given an incorrect diagnosis. After continuous pain & unreturned phone calls I went to another dental office that showed me some concern & skill. Turns out I needed complete retreatment after Lancaster dental arts advised the only resolution would be extraction. It's sad that people in the medical field can be so incompetent. You will be in pain & in debt if you decide to be a patient here. This office is in need of new management and some training classes in customer service, currently they are running their practice on lies & robbery.
