Landmark Auto And Diesel Repair

Where do I start, I took my BMW that was in need for an Oil Change and normally I would normally just take it to the the Dealership and have them do it, this time I was getting ready for a little trip up north and the Dealership was a couple days booked out. A friend told me about Landmark and how simple it can be getting anything done mechanically to a car. I stopped by on a Thursday around 3pm(Never made appointment) and was greeted by a gentleman named Carl, I simply told him I was just in need of an oil change, Carl told me the cost of the service and how long it'll take.
I was there for about 40 minutes, Carl offered me a bottle of water and talked about the business and all other services that they offer and it was just a great experience for someone that's never took their car to a Authorized 3rd Party, honestly it almost felt more welcoming at Landmark than the Dealership!!! After the oil change was done Carl had recommended me that my front tires might need to be swapped out soon and will recommend if anything for the car is needed to be done without giving you the hassle of "Must get it done today" I'll definitely come back here and recommend all my family and friends to try!

The team at Landmark is honest and knowledgeable. I grew up in Michigan and took for granted the access to trustworthy car mechanics. Landmark reminds me of those places back home that care about the car and customer.

Came in for an oil change and was greeted by a man named Carl . I had some additional questions about some other routine maintenance that i needed done and he was able to answer everything for me. They did an additional check up on my car and provided pictures of what needs to be fixed and even recommended what is immediate and what can be held off till later! Carl gave excellent customer service and even hearing some of the interactions that he had with others will definitely encourage me to recommend others to come here as well ! Jose, the wonderful, sole owner of this business is AMAZING! His Mechanics are intelligent, hardworking, honest and do really great work! Jose, the owner, built this business from the ground up, several years ago. Some people we have recomended have become lifetime customers. Jose knows the value of commitment, dedication, honesty, hard work and seeing a project through. He and his Mechanics treat all customers with great respect. I came here because my car was making a loud grinding noise almost like something was scraping on the bottom of my car. Turns out I needed new brakes and rotors. They fixed everything super quick. Very friendly and great customer service along with great price. Left there happy Carl was very helpful. Thank you and all the guys who replaced my brakes and rotors

I have taken my older cars here to my newer computer driven cars here.

Dan and his mechanics do great work and are detail oriented. I noted one of my cars was missing a nut to the battery and they put one on. They did not tell me, but I knew I was missing one and meant to replace it myself eventually. It is the little stuff like that, that lets me know they actually checked over the car and made sure it was safe to drive.

I plan on taking all my cars here in the future from basic oil changes to major repairs.

Probably the best customer service I've had in a long time!!! Polite, quick, and answered ALL questions as if each one was important. They let me know that my air filter needed changed out- but that they didn't have one. (I was not charged for this) I said I would do it myself and THEY SHOWED ME HOW!!! This is my knee go to place!!!
