We were looking to list our house for sale and did not know where to start. We interviewed three other agents and hired Larry for his vast local knowledge and attention to detail. We appreciate frequent communication and Larry delivered. He let us know what to expect during the home selling process and was very responsive. He listened to our needs and went above and beyond what we expected.

He did an outstanding job with our listing. We could not believe how great the video and pictures looked. He made it a painless process to sell our home fast. He sold our home way over asking price and got more for our house than we could ever imagine was possible.  House was under contracts in a few days! I cannot say thank you enough times! larry was the best! He was not pushy and very patient while we were looking for house to call our home. we are new to the area and he made finding a home easy and fun. He listens to out concerns and was just a call away. He always pucks the phone when you call or calls right back when he misses your call. He also replies very quick with text messages. My favorite thing about him was his quick responses and patients! the first time i met him i was like this guy was too quiet haha but when he builds that relationship with you he is very friendly!!. From the beginning Larry was very helpful, professional, and very resourceful.
Larry was never pushy or quick to try and sell us anything. He really looked at the properties in depth with us and knew when a house was in good condition or not even worth putting an offer on.
He was very detailed oriented and trustworthy.

He always made himself available to do showings or just to answer any question we had and always had the answer or would take his time to find an answer and follow up as well if needed.

Throughout the escrow process he was very thorough and on top of every detail and made sure we were always getting the best out of everything. He made the whole home buying process very easy and stress free.

Larry did a good job selling my house in an uncertain market for full price. I am out of town most of the time most of the time. He took care of everything.
