I've been to many bike/ repair shops shops. And I've been here many times over the years. Here is my experience:

The service and prices are consistently good.
The store is large and they have a good selection of equipment, while a bit short on the number of bikes.

The staff are extremely patient and polite, with none of the "better than though" attitude that I have gotten from nearly all the bike shops in Brooklyn.

I was charged $7.00 for an inner tube replacement, which was a terrific price, considering all the other bike shops wanted almost 15 for the exact same thing.

Be prepared to leave your bike overnight for a routine job, and up to a couple of hours for a simple tweek- as this place doesn't have more than 1 or 2 people working in that area at a time.

Otherwise, this is an excellent spot that I go out of my way to support.

So went into Larry's thinking am just here to buy some replacement wheels for my son's mountain bike. I expected to be in and out in 10mins. Half hour later I happily added another half hour to the parking meter.

So these guys know their stuff. I was this close to buying myself one. Wheeled in my son's bike and they knew what was needed and then some. Instead of walking out with tires, they were installed then and there. All the while engrossed my son and I in a bicycle education session which I must say was rather intriguing.

The best part.. upon checking in on yelp a discount popped up! Talk about icing on the cake.

Never had a bicycle goto before. Now I do.

I had recently posted an experience posted about good service I received from this place . I went back and the service was terrible. Joe was angry and nasty to me and tried putting and up charge on my bike . I bought it straight from the company and had another place put it together for free. Bad attitudes and service should never be tolerated under any circumstances. People have good days and bad but if you are in business you must leave that shit somewhere else. I would avoid this place because of the bi-polar nature of the employees. It's just too easy to get it elsewhere without the attitude. ********AVOID********

The best the best the best. Customer service is everything I've gone there so much since a kid I feel like this place is like family. Joe has been really amazing to me teaching me about bikes and providing almost every part that I need. Almost every time before I go on a long ride I go to see Joe and he always hooks my superstar up. The whole staff is really amazing. The guy at the front desk super patient and helpful. And everyone else has help me from tire fixes to headlights. I am glad this place is close to home! Thx guys! pep

I bought a folding bike online to save $$ (won't do this in the future!) and it needed some adjustments. I came by in the afternoon (no appointment) and there were a few people ahead of me, not bad at all. Good space for distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. In no time at all Howie took a look and patiently answered my questions-- I was unsure if I should get a full tune-up (since it was bought online), or could I get by with just fixing the one issue I noticed?
They ended up doing the adjustment for free and I was able to ride out of there in maybe 40min which was an incredible feeling!

Next time I need something for my bike, I'm coming here first. Thanks guys.
