We visited Tahoe for the first time coming from the Bay Area. And Sue was absolutely wonderful. She gave us a great customer service experience. My wife loved her lavender products. I would highly recommend this place and we do plan on returning the next time we're back.

First time here and the 2 employees there were so friendly! One of them took the time to show me around and I ended up purchasing a couple of the bar soaps to take home with me (the marzipan milk bar and the coconut one). I even got a free sample too! The scents are so yummy and lather very well, while still moisturizing. I will be coming back!

My 13 year old daughter and some friends were shopping at this shop last week. My daughter was checking out the bath bombs. She picked one up and then replaced it. Her friend then picked it up and ended up putting it in a slightly different location. This was all captured on surveillance video. However, when the girls left the store (having bought and paid for items), they were chased down and brought back in, detaining them. They were told one of them stole a bath bomb. When they asked who, the employee pointed at my daughter and said "you did it, I saw you on video!" She had obviously failed to watch further in the video to see her friend pick up the same bath bomb and put it nearby. The girls had to locate the "stolen" bomb in the shop and point it out themselves. And even then, she continued to detain them until my terrified daughter offered to pay for the item that was sitting right there on the shelf! The employee (or owner, who knows) then mumbled an apology and let them leave.

This shop needs some serious training around false accusations. I get that teens steal, but she had no actual proof and my daughter had nothing in her bag. These girls tried telling the employee that my daughter would be the last person on earth to steal, and she replied "well how well can you know your friend?", a fine retort from a grown adult who does not know my child at all. My daughter was utterly humiliated, and terrorized, in public, and under false pretense. Lucky for the shop, this non-litigious mama bear lives out of town and wasn't there to leave a personal, verbal review.

This place is amazing! Their soaps and bath bombs have a natural and lasting fragrance that isn't too strong. We picked up a couple of bath bombs as well as a massage bar - a concept a hadn't heard of, but essentially softens as your rub it over the skin. Great place to stop in the Tahoe area if wanting some wonderful products for yourself or as a gift.

This shop has always been one of my favorite go to places for great gifts. Their soaps, lotions and sanitizers are nothing short of exceptional. Their current COVID safety measures are A+. The After work out line of soaps and lotions is my number one favorite. The store also has a great selection of some of the most comfy pajamas ever. The staff is always friendly & helpful and generous with the soap samples with purchase.

I was so lucky to run across this company the product is natural with quality ingredients, not to mention the owner Sue has such great vibrant energy. I bought lotions, oils and she also gave me a sample of the two soaps I was interested in. I highly recommend coming to the store or buying online. Sue made my experience so great this environment really was one of a kind. Thank you Sue so much!!

Oh my goodness how had I not written a review for them before?!? Wonderful soaps that smell amazing (my favorites are coconut or almond scented). But the real winner is the pink french clay face soap; I switched to it a few years ago and will never go back. My skin looks better than it ever has. When you come here they usually also throw in a couple sample sizes of various soaps, and they are the perfect size for camping trips! They also have a bunch of wrapped up bath bombs and other toiletries that are great for gifts. Absolutely stop here if you are in the Tahoe City area.

Just the best! I needed a few items - for myself and a gift - during SIP orders. I called Sue and the entire process was very simple. Sue took my order, called back with a total, I sent payment via Venmo and picked my items up the following day. Also, love, love, LOVE their bath bombs and lotions. A definite treat!

This store has a great selection of soaps, massage bars, body oils and bath bombs. Everything smelt wonderful and I had a hard time leaving with only two items.
They also had super adorable pajamas. I would want to come back in summer and see how the selection changes.
The prices weren't bad either. Very similar to Lush prices which is impressive for a small local store.
I would 100 percent return again!

I want to thank the 2 young ladies that helped me and my friend out today. The milk and honey product was A BIG WIN! And my heart goes out to you for sticking it out through these tough times. I will visit again hopefully soon
