We scheduled a bouncy house for our daughter's birthday a few weeks ago and the process was easy. Looking at the expected weather this weekend, we sadly called to cancel yesterday. We received a call today to acknowledge the cancellation and a full refund.

We hate to cancel, but that's exactly the kind of service that will make us comfortable scheduling in future. Thank you so much!

We have used this company several times over the years. They have always delivered in plenty of time for our event and picked up at a more than reasonable time. My kids are always excited when they show up and so are we.

They were great as far as delivery and set up goes. Extremely nice guys. Unfortunately, we notice that the waterhose we purchased after set up to make sure water was getting to the equipment was missing after they picked up. We called to ask for return of our stuff and was told they didn't have it. Very short answer, no offer of assistance or to allow us to check the picked up items.
