The Worse

If you want a law firm that will not listen to you, will treat you with disrespect and where CASE MANAGERS will give you LEGAL ADVICE, - I HIGHLY recommend the services of W Bryant Green II.

I had an accident on I-285 where I was hit from behind and pushed into another car. Before I could get the car repaired, I was in a parking lot PARKED when another car backed into me from the side.

The first accident injured my lower back. The second injury injured my mid-upper back.

I acquired the services of W. Bryant Green III's office through Next Gen. (Im no fan of Next Gen either) I asked the case manager Amber, "Since it was two separate accidents should not it be two separate claims? To which she said, "No." She said no because both damages were to the back. This did not make sense to me because the cost of rehab from just the lower back would be far less than the cost for damages from my entire back.

I also asked Amber "At what point can you give me a valuation of my case." She literally got upset with me posing the question as if I was asking for something I had no right to know. Instead, she suggested they would "Get me 500.00 to help me out," since I was physically unable to work.

The next day a "loan shark" called me and tried to get me to accept a 500.00 loan at 30%. I make north of 100k a year. 500.00 does not help me out very much. When I told Amber this, she became indignant to the point I wondered if she was receiving a kick back from the finance company.

BUT WAIT... THERES MORE!

Progressive was trying to get me to settle the case for 1500.00. I told them that was not going to happen. But they sent me a link to get the 1500.00. I ignored it but advised my attorney of such. Her advice was to continue to ignore it. I did. They then sent an email indicating they were going to MAIL me a check for 1500. I called Mr. Bryant on a Friday to ask if I should return the check or if I should send it to them to handle. I did not hear from him or anyone from his company over the weekend.

I then changed attorneys.

When I contacted progressive and advised them that I did not want the 1500 in no uncertain terms, they said, "We now see that you have representation so anything done previously will be null and void." When I heard this only one of two things could be true. 1) W. Bryant Green III firm NEVER advised them that I was being represented on the case or 2) They saw their firm name and ignored them. I am guessing they were never advised I had representation.

The attorney you choose matters. Choose one that will communicate with you and will not have NON-ATTORNEYS giving you LEGAL ADVICE which is against the law.

I am proud to say as far as communication was on point . The team has my case as a top priority . I Phyllis Parker walked me through each process that I am forever thankful for the service . The Law office of Bryant Green values each client.

This was the worst experience I have ever been apart of! I worked with Phyllis Jones, and although she says she has been in this business "for over 20 years" I could hardly tell. There was a huge lack of communication during this ENTIRE process, countless unnecessary delays on her part, and just overall incompetence. And to put the icing on the cake...when it was time for me to receive my check, I very clearly informed Phyllis Jones (On Tuesday) of the fact that I was no longer at my previous address and I gave her my new/current address for the check to be mailed on. After finding out the check wouldn't be mailed via express shipping I opted to pick it up from the office instead, which she said I could do on Thursday or Friday. I received no call or text for two days, then I finally texted her to find out what was going on, she then told me that the check was mailed on Wednesday (after I sent her my new address) but that the check was sent to my previous address. And said "My bad" in response to her mistake. Do not go here. I'm sure you could find much more professional, and competent lawyers to help with your case.

This law office is horrible and Crystal took a year for a small claim and refused to answer or return calls. If you are in an auto accident call someone else

I was referred to Mr. Bryant Green III from where I was receiving my treatment since my
car accident. We set an appointment, met for the first time and I walked out, with a PEACE OF MIND that I can worry less & live more ..I knew I was with the right attorney law firm. His staff has been very very professional. I love Ms. Dorys Chilindron his paralegal. She is phenomenal!!! Mr. Bryant has made sure during the process that I was kept up to date, and kept in the loop as to what was going on with my case. Mr Bryant was very prompt in response when I reached out via phone or email. Very very knowledgable, and made me feel that my case was very important to him. I would recommend the Law Offices of Bryant Green III to anyone needing expert, timely and professional handling of their personal injury case!!

I absolutely despise calling into the office to speak to the lady who handles my case. Phyllis is whom I have to speak with. She fast talks me off the phone every time I call and she is rude and unhelpful. She does not have a pleasant attitude at all. She bluntly answers your question like you are bothering her by calling and provides me with little to no answers about my case. She needs to be at a call center somewhere as a rude debt collector not a PROFESSIONAL law office where it requires a friendly or warming tone. Every time I call in I pray shes out just so I can speak to someone who acts like i'm not bothering them when I call. My case is not settled yet, but I had worse law firms who got me nothing back but I was so pleased with the people who was in charge of communicating with me about me case. I hope my compensation out weights my experience.

Save yourself if you have the option pick a different firm do not hesitate to do so.

It is not uncommon for regular consumers to be out of their realm of understanding in instances where they need legal guidance. It's the reason we follow instructions and hope we can trust the one we selected.


I understand litigation can take time. My opinion of my experience is rooted in the firms consistent lack of professionalism. If you do not believe it simple call their office. You can get better responses from the local coffee shop. Typically my call was intercepted by some yahoo (not the same one each time) whom just cannot be bothered with picking up - they prefer to have a garbled speaker phone conversation. Often you can hear the background and truth be told at times it sounded like someone sitting in their home space, who just put the daytime talk tv on mute and caught the call before the last ring.

The irritating habit of the personal assistant I was assigned to would get a bit of information and would proceed to call me 2-3 back to back, leave a message and send me an email. What the heck? I am at work at 10 am est. I did not answer because I was in a meeting.

But when it was time to finally settle and remit my compensation she got forgetful and completely pissed me off by promising in return for signature of the documents so they could be paid she would next day air my payment. Two opportunities foregone and did it happen NOPE!! The following is a name omitted direct copy if the last email I sent.

What happened? Tuesday You said you were trying to save me from traffic and you would next day air the letter. Honestly I felt doubtful but tried to be positive because you sounded genuine and convincing.

Just as I initially speculated you did not mail the check Tuesday. Instead you call Wednesday to confirm the address even though I clearly listed my address in the email I sent with the signed document Tuesday.

Again you said you were sending the check next day air and it would be delivered Thursday no need for a signature. Of course you did not bother to provide tracking information and the check has not arrived today. I checked my security camera no deliveries have been made.

While I am not familiar with the litigation process I am familiar with and used to being treated with professionalism and common courtesy.I am I traveling out of town again tomorrow morning so if I had known again you were not going to honor your word I would have asked you to hold the check.

Based on my interaction all along I guess I should not be surprised. Frankly I am not sure if my unsavory experience is you or the culture of the firm. *********************************************************

There is so much more I could go on about this location but I will simply close with "you have been warned".

This was one of the worst experience that I have ever had at a law firm. They are very irresponsible, and they NEVER update you on your case, unless you call them. When we were done with our treatment it took them three months before they even put a request in for our paperwork. And even then my mom had to call in for them to put in our paperwork. Not only that they ignored me for a good two months. And before they say I am lying I have proof through email, we also tried talking to other people in the office but they didn't do anything to help us. Please don't go to this law firm they will feed you sweet nothing and just disrespect you.

I had a fall in a electronics store. Was referred to Mr. Green. Was told he was an excellent lawyer. Went to Atlanta to see him, talk to him, felt confident with what he was saying to me and my husband. I signed all his papers. This was in 2010. I called them for status once in a while and gave them everything they requested. Everything felt fine. Around 2012 was called by his assistant and told that he was going to drop me because of other cases in his care. They made waste of all that time, and I signed their contract for their services and they reneged on it. I went to find other attorneys, because my time was limited now and needed to find someone to file this case before it would expire in 2013. Was told by other attorneys, because of Attorney Green dropping my case that they didnt feel it was worth taking. This is because of him and his practice. I cant go forward now. I am very angry by the way I was treated. I was loyal to him when I signed his contract. He just failed me. I have no trust in an attorney at this point, I was stunned that he did this. I trusted him, and it bothers me that he took so long to decide to drop my case when he assured me that he would do everything for a good outcome. The rest of the practice is fine, I have nothing to say about them. Only Mr. Green. I have to write this review, I am still angry and disappointed.
