Do yourself a favor and don't use Mr.Barak services. He will fail and misrepresent you just so you'll need to keep using his services. He takes advantage of elderly people who does not speak English well. I personally know 2 people who failed the immigration interview he was present at and almost failed my dad as well.. in all 3 cases he insisted to be presented in the interview..so he can get more money of course. I didn't allow him to join me and my dad for his interview and I am thanking god for it. Alex was not happy about it at all and said that if he won't come to the interview he will not work for us anymore and I gladly told him he's fired. Trying to use poor manipulation technics.
I am very glad I didn't allow him to join the interview Cause in additional to his bad attitude he completed the paperwork all wrong and even the interviewer was in shock about some of the mistakes he has done and said that some lawyers should be suspended for the poor work they do. I am sure that if he was there he would lead the conversation ( my dad does not speak good English) and will cause my father to fail or have to go through additional process. Since I was there I was able to clarify the mistakes on the spot along with my dad and the nice interviewer agreed to adjust the papers manually.
Going with this guy is a bad decision!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

This is not a legitimate complaint by any client of mine. I maintain great relations with all my clients. All fees are arranged in advance and there are no hidden fees. I include in the contract if it includes me going to interview. If a client refuses to pay for the legal fees, I and all attorneys discontinue any further work. This person who complained did not even mention his/her full name.
I have 99% of clients approved for Immigration clients over 38 years. This complainer knows nothing about my successful career.
If a client refuses to pay his/her legal fee as required by the contract, all attorneys will stop their work. If a client is going to an interview appointment, and has paid for this service, then the client comes to me two weeks before the interview, to my office, for my personalized attention and advice. Application forms are reviewed in advance to look for any errors and to prepare client for interview. Apparently this person believes that a client can violate a written contract, not pay for vital legal services, and then falsely complain an attorney wanted more money to go to an interview. Read the contract!!!!!
This complainer said she could not afford to pay for her father's interview and she went alone without any legal preparation by the attorney. She assumed all risks by not paying the attorney and going without the attorney. I prepare my clients and that is what I do when I am paid. My clients get approved if they have been truthful, have not lied, and have no fraud or criminal history.
An elderly person who does not speak English well needs an attorney preparation before his interview interview. if client's relative refuses to pay the legal fees as called for in a contract, it is sheer hypocrisy for the relative to complain that the attorney did not perform his job. Look at the contract and honor it.
Everyone else does and gets approved and loves this attorney. Shame on you. This is evil.
I go out of my way to be respectful of all clients, young and elderly, those who speak English well and those who do not.
