I'm not sure if this is the place to leave a review for her estate planning services but Sotera does estate planning as well, meaning wills and trusts. I don't have much but what little I have I want to make sure if anything ever happens to me that the people that rely on me get access to the important lifeline I've been providing in a prompt easy manner. I also wanted to make sure that in a time of grief that things go smoothly and the hard work I've put in during my life doesn't end up going to some court proceeding and then things get sold or whatever during that lapse of access. So, having experienced Sotera's excellent service for a lemon law case I decided to give her a try for an estate planning session. I won't find out in my lifetime if what we put together actually works according to plan and I can only hope it's many many years before anyone finds out, but, I can say her level of professionalism, patience, and understanding exceeded expectations. I have a "partner" and there was no feelings of judgement. She treated me with the most respect and she was very accommodating with appointments and stuff. The process was pretty seamless and the few items I had questions on she was very helpful with. I would certainly recommend her services, if anything for peace of mind but given how effective she was at handling the lemon law issue, I'm pretty confident when needed, hopefully in the far distant future that everything is in order. Also, to anyone who doesn't think they need this service, don't leave your family in a hard situation, my brother passed a little over a year ago and he had no information, not even a napkin. So anything he worked for nobody knows. I certainly wouldn't be happy if any of my hard work was inaccessible to my family, especially the ones who rely on anything I've worked for.

Sotera Anderson is an amazing attorney she helped with my Lemon Law needs and got my car bought back very quickly. I live in LA County and we did everything via email and phone calls. I cannot be more happier with the outcome of the situation. I love how communicative she was with every step of the process. One thing I would recommend is to ensure you have ALL your documents and repair orders so it makes process a lot faster.

I could not help but to leave a review for Ms. or Mrs. Sotera Anderson, she was phenomenal with handling the lemon issue I "had" with my motorcycle from beginning to end she was always straight to the point and making sure we progressed ever step of the way. Her professionalism is also immaculate, and completely transparent. I thought I was going to be stuck with a lemon, but all that changed once Sotera got involved with my motorcycle.

A good tip for someone would be to make sure you keep very clear record of every single detail of your issue from beginning to end in order to make everything easier on both ends.

So glad I found Sotera, I had contacted so many places prior to her and no one would even bother to take the time. I was having some major issue with my 2015 Dodge caravan transmission constantly going out and she explained my rights under the lemon law. Wow. All I can say is that Sotera Anderson is a badass. A real superhero in the day to day life. She is the sweetest, coolest and most efficient laywer I've met. I purchased a brand new motorcycle in 2016 and shortly after, about a month or so, it began failing electrically and shutting down mid-ride. The dealer repair could not figure out what was wrong after multiple attempts. I would keep getting the bike back and the same issue came up. Eventually, the dealer told me they couldn't do anything. They said that the bike was faulty requiring me to deal with the manufacturer directly for a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement or refund and I was denied both by the manufacturer. I reached out to a couple lawyers in the area and was turned immediately, and very luckily towards Ms. Anderson. To clarify, the recommendation was that she was "the best" with regards to lemon law cases and I believe they were right. Ms. Anderson immediately sought to help me in any way she could and maintained consistent contact throughout the entire case. To give a little more background, at the time I was a full time college student, full time worker (between two jobs), and pursuing commission in the US Air Force. Basically, I had absolutely no extra time to handle this legal battle and the sunk cost of the bike would have put me under. Ms. Anderson took all the stress and pressure off my back. She kept me informed and gave me straight forward options that broke through legal jargon. The case in total lasted a year until we were able to get a good settlement from the manufacturer. In the end, Ms. Anderson handled everything. She earned my respect from day one and I think she would do the same for anyone else she assists. Definitely give her your business and take her advice as sincere.

Sotera was awesome & able to help me with my 2016 Mustang GT350. While my car didn't fall under the lemon law she took on Ford Motor company and was able to get me a full refund & Ford to buy the car back. I didn't have the time or patience to deal with Ford's customer care and kept getting the run around. Sotera was great with keeping me up to date on what was going on and negotiated the entire buyback. She always replied to my emails and phone calls during the entire process and understood my frustration with Ford. I would highly recommend anyone having issues with any vehicle to give her a call.

Sotera Anderson is an excellent attorney. I'm located in Los Angeles where I bought a brand new 2017 Ducati 1299s. The motorcycle had clutch issues among some other problems. It had been "fixed" several times by different dealerships however the issues persisted. I tried calling Ducati but was stone-walled. I called Sotera and she was able to resolve my dispute with Ducati. I was very satisfied with the results. She was professional, very competent and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her.

I had problems with my motorcycle. After the problems started ocurring I kind of patiently waited for the effects of the repeated repairs. My friends mentioned a few times that I should "lemon" the motorcycle. I didn't really know what to do. When I decided to move forward I checked out Sotera Anderson's Law Offices. I kind of felt good about it. After submitting my documentation and having a conversation with Sotera my initial feelings were reinforced. Despite the OEM's cumbersome and protracted approach all my dealings with Sotera were enjoyable and very professional. She looked out for the smallest benefit that the client deserved whatever the OEM was saying. I am a bit sad that I will no longer have dealings with Sotera... Maybe it was not so bad that it lasted that long! I strongly recommend to anyone who wants results and tough representation for their own interests!
