Lc Nails

Make sure you never, ever go to this place. They use old SNS and they are very unsanitary. They lady with the tattooed eyebrows did my nails and they polish came out faded because the product was old or either she had no idea what she was doing and tried to blame it on my nails. I was told to come back and they would fix it then she tries to charge me for her mistake. They also tried to do a pedicure on a lady and she said the tub had not been cleaned. Beware do not patronize this business.

Great experience! I love this place. Kevin knows how to treat a lady to great pedicure. I would say he does the best massaging, I've been to quite a few places in town and out of town to confirm this. Anyways I highly recommend this salon to anyone coming to the area!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE!!! As you can see by the picture attached, my eyebrows don't even look like sisters. It'd been a while since I got my brows done and I went here on Memorial Day bc it was close to my house and they were open. When he handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows I only glanced and said they looked good and when I went to look closer he snatched the mirror from me. After I paid I went out to my car to see how BAD they really looked. I've never cried over my brows before but this was so awful. I've NEVER in my life had an experience like this. According to other reviews this place is not clean and the people aren't polite or welcoming and I deff didn't feel welcomed when I went in there.

Worst customer service experience that I had with waiting in a nail salon. I came into the nail salon after work and I heard the manager using profanity! Basically he was saying that he was tired of people coming in here when that were about to close. He's very unprofessional to have a business and I would NEVER come to that nail salon ever agin! Wouldn't waste a penny in that place.

I only trust them with my eyebrows. I've had a manicure and pedicure and wasn't too happy. It looked nice but the nail polish I picked out was like old or something because it was so hard getting it off. The next time I went I even allowed then to take it off and they struggled as well. But eyebrows are good, get the middle aged looking woman

Trash. This is the second time I've come here and they've only had two people working. I waiting 30 mins the first time I came and when I went today I waited an hour and 20 mins. When I asked how long the wait time was all she said was "soon". On top of all of that, three days after I got my gel nail polish done on my fingers it chipped!

This is by far the morst mani/pedi I've ever had. I could have done a better job doing them myself. I only came here because it was Sunday and my nail salon is closed on Sundays but I needed to get them done. So I said why not. $50 later I'm regretting it so much. Also he made me pay before he started working on my nails so I guess he felt he didn't really have to work for his money cus he already got it. And what really bothered me was that he started talking bad about a customer to me right after they left. So I can only expect for him to do the same when I leave right?

I LOVVEEEEE IT ! They are pretty good . They're funny and Lee does good nail art he is the only one who does my nails and brows but the other does well too

The guys are rude and VERY unprofessional! I now go to Kool Nails and they are so much better.

Did a nice job on my nails but I saw they used arts and craft paint for designs. I don't think that is healthy. They also used a razor on my caluses. The razor was in a clean package and they threw it out afterwards. I have used that method in the past but was told it wasn't supposed to be used in VA. Whatever. They did a decent job.
