LC Nails

Terrible job, globby paint, all over my fingers. I just went here for my birthday with my mom, its new and we thought we'd try it. Should have just gone to deluxe nails like normal.
$190 for both of our nails and toes
I told them it was terrible and I was gonna have to get it redone and I wanted a refund. They said no they could fix it. I didn't want them to fix it I wanted a refund or even a discount but they said no. So before I got to mad I just left.

I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the girl did do well on my moms pedicure and manicure, but it was the same girl. I had 2 different people work on my toes and hands and were both turned out bad.

I have been here consistently for months and best SNS in town my nails are a month old and still look good.

Emily is a sweetheart there. The wait can be long sometimes but they are so nice there!

Bad experience at this nail shop. My nails were apparently in bad enough shape that the person doing my nails pulled over another employee who laughed with her about them. Next, I had to stop the person doing my nails multiple times while she was buffing and filing my nails because she kept running the device over my cuticles. As you can imagine, it hurts. I continued to stop her has she continued to do it and she finally got so fed up that she started yelling and complaining to the other workers who then responded to her. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience and I left with nails that did not look good at all.

They put gel polish on my nails since I was going on a 2 week vacation. The gel polish did great but when I got home and returned to have the polish removed they used an electric drill to remove the polish. It destroyed my nail bed and my nails are thin and peeling. They sent me home with clear polish that was bumpy and looked terrible. I've since buffed them myself to get the nail bed smooth but it will take awhile to get them to look decent again. The nail tech guy nicked my cuticle with the drill and it was bleeding. He just polished around it and left it like that. Once I complained he turned me over to one of the girls there acting like he had no clue what I was saying. She said that was the nature of the gel polish and the bumpy nail bed. She wanted to drill it some more and I left.

There is really only one person here who knows how to do nails consistently well, and that is Emily. My last visit, Emily was busy and I was assigned someone else. She cut my cuticles with the nail drill on 4 fingers, burned my nail beds multiple times, and made me bleed twice. The gel polish was sloppy as well. To top it off she was on her phone texting the whole time and even took a phone call while she was finishing up. Emily is really the only one there worth seeing. Any time I've seen Emily she has done an amazing job, but you can't have only one good employee.
