I finally found a great nail technician Jack! I had a fill in with a no chip and chrome finish. The shape is perfect and they are thin and natural looking.

My daughter went here to get her nails removed since she has to have short nails for her new job tomorrow. She started texting me that the gentleman was not doing what she had requested and she felt like crying. I called and spoke with a young lady who said "yes she wanted her acrylics removed and a gel manicure, I see he is doing dip" I said that is not what she wanted. She assured me she would take care of it. She called me back and said that they would not charge my daughter for the dip since it was NOT what she had asked for. My daughter called me when she left and told me that the young lady was not there when she checked out and the gentleman that did her manicure checked her out and charged her for the dip (which was $10 more then the gel manicure she had requested) I called back and spoke with the young lady and told her how upset I was. She said she understood but there was no offer of a refund made. We will not be going back and we will tell our family members who go there about this experience. This is why businesses get a bad reputation. They up charge you and perform services that were not requested so they can charge you more. Shame on me since this is not the first time this happens to me at this business. Something similar happened when they first opened and we went here. I figured we would give them another shot since it's been awhile but it seems they are still doing the same thing to their clients.

Terrible service, I went with my girlfriend to get her nails done, and the service was terrible, they made us wait 1 hour, when they helped my girlfriend , they did not clean her nail polish properly, and the person who attended her was name CINDY , she told her that she had to leave because she had an appointment, they left her waiting 30 more minutes for someone else to finished and attend to her, and that person was the manager JERRY, who wanted to do everything quickly and my girlfriend was asking some questions about the design and the color and got yelled by JERRY telling her that if she didn't want the design as they were, just to leave, and making my girlfriend pay anyway for something that they didnt finish .

This is the reason why I don't like going to nail salons, and the one time I decided to pay someone else to do it instead of doing it myself, I get a terrible experience. All I wanted was a relaxed time, getting a good job done, this was not what I expected. I think $65 is a charity for a classic mani and pedi for the circus I got on my nails. First, let's start with the fact that they didn't have the color I wanted, after taking my time to decide what I wanted for the next couple of weeks. Then, as I'm looking through the colors again, this lady came out of nowhere to embarrass me in front of everyone to pick a color, so I had to choose a pink one that I'm hating right now. I don't like making decisions under pressure. It's not like the place was crowded, it was empty, so this who rushing was unnecessary. Then, the guy didn't even cut the cuticles on my toes, and now it looks like I got tiny nails with a super think coat of polish, looks horrible! Then the corner of my toe got a little messed up, and didn't even bother to fix it. Next, my hands, the nails weren't even filed correctly and he put uneven coats it formed bubbles, the finish was awful, im not sure if he was in a hurry or something, but left me with the fan far away from me, I had to get my nails closer to the fan to get my nails. This lady, the one who embarrassed me, came to put spray all over my nails to get them dryer and pretty much kicked me out, like, let me get my sandals straight first, lady! What are you expecting me to say? "Thank you?" ... i made the mistake by going to googles review instead of Yelp, and I pay the price every time I do that. Either way, I'm not coming back here, worst experience. Nail tech was friendly, but friendly isn't worth my $65 for terrible finish.

My mom and I were in desperate need of a pedicure. We went to a place nearby and sadly it was closed. On our way back home we noticed this place located in a strip mall.

This is quite possibly the cutest nail bar ever! Emphasis on the bar! This place has a full alcohol bar!

Since we were walking in with no set appointment I was a little apprehensive that they would take us. Nope! They took us right away!

We walked away super happy with gorgeous pedicures!

Really bad service! I can't believe how rude people can be! Jerry the manager literally told my sister she can leave after her trying to explain to them that she did not want her nails the way Cindy made them. She was there from 11:30 to around 1:30 without her finishing her nails! She kept asking questions because she wanted to make sure the lady knew what she wanted done. I'm shaking with anger because of this situation. Never again. I really hope they don't do this to all customers.

Yesterday I had my nails done with Cindy and Jerry, and I was very upset because I had to wait 40 minutes for them to attend to me, then I asked them to please clean my cuticles and they told me that it was fine the way I had them, no. They removed the old polish that I had, then I showed him a design of how I wanted them, he told me that it was not the same color but similar, but when he put it on me it was not similar at all, and he asked me if I liked it or if I I could take it off and put another one on and I said YES PLEASE and he got angry, and he told me that he had an appointment to attend to another client and he left me sitting in another chair waiting for another 15 minutes without finishing my nails, I had to wait for Jerry, and obviously I asked him how long it would take because I had work and I lost my schedule waiting for someone to help me, and Jerry got angry and was rude, he told me not to ask him that, because he doesn't know and if I don't like it, I should leave, and she made me pay for the nails without having finished them, and she also got upset because I asked her several questions at the beginning, but I was new so I had to ask what the work was like, and made me pay anyway 65$ for something that wasnt finish.

Terrible manager. Waited 45 mins when I had a reservation and they didn't even do what I asked. Never coming back. TERRIBLE

Amazing service, great staff and amazing gel nail mani experience. They offered me a glass of wine and were very polite and professional during the appointment while still being fun. Definitely my new go to spot!

the polish came off the first day and the shaping were horrible what a waste of 60 dollars they also had to redo them twice
